Great service, I needed electrical and gas certificates. These guys have done a complete check and fixes few things which were faulty. Didn't charge extra for those fixes. Reasonably priced and very friendly service. I will not hesitate to recommend him

I asked for Dalveer to take care of it and he sourced a new cooker, arranged collection, liaised with the tenant and installed to a high standard. I cannot praise inclusive estates as a letting agency enough... I saw the value they provide as soon as I signed up with them... as they provided me with an EPC, Gas and Electrical certificate... which would have cost me over a couple of hundred pounds... the additional home-cover contract that have provided me with is quite unbelievable... it really does cover pretty much everything... Brilliant service

Inclusive estates have really changed my mind about using a letting agent. From the start I had saved money on my safety certificates and the boiler was serviced.

Recently I saved again when there was a problem with the heating, this was resolved without me being involved - very impressive. Thank you.

Their engineer named Dal, is really friendly and kept me up to date with reports and images. Great service! Would highly recommend.
