Scam. Says “delivered” but I received nothing. Tried to contact customer service and they refused to refund.

They falsely advertised they make the largest breast cakes, so I ordered a set (DEF). To only have received regular sized cakes, which I already have. Where are the larger cakes? Who knows? They used someone else’s video to sell their fake product.

DON’T DO IT! They’ll send you the wrong items/sizes and afterwards they won’t refund you unless you will pay additionally 280DKK for shipping back to china. You Will end up with a wrong size or lots of money spent.

Vendor deducted 8 euros more from my credit card than my order amount was. Right after it happened, I came here to read the reviews and found out it has happened also to other people. Contacted my bank right away to cancel the payment, but they can’t do anything at the moment…
Don’t trust this vendor and buy anything from them!

I wanted to return an item I had bought, and I could not believe their communication! Lol... After reading other reviews, I see that this is their standard practice. Horrible company! And PayPal is allowing this day-time robbery to happen repeatedly (they refused my case for false advertising, because the item is "similar enough"). Criminals.

BUYER BEWARE! They sent us a dress that did NOT match the one they even advertised. How awful. After emailing them with a picture of their advertised dress and the one they sent us, all they responded was "Hello, I'm sorry, the beading on this dress is silver, and the beading cannot be dyed.
Isn't this beautiful? Although many copies of this dress have been sold, this is the most beautiful buyer's show I have ever seen. Don't you just love it? You look really beautiful in this dress, and if the decoration of this dress is red, it will not be so obvious, but it will not look as good as it does now." WTH?! Who says that??
I am so frustrated they better return ALL my money back. My mistake to trust an online foreign company!

Check your form of payment statement. I was overcharged $11, that they returned when I confronted them. They asked for no proof nor the amount?! That tells me its a regular practice and the swift reimbursement is to prevent people from investigating further.
Also the merchandise isn't as advertised/ knockoffs and 100% money back guarentee is a complete lie. 16+ email exchanges later they've made me mad enough to collect all my documentation and report to the BBB and the FTC. I sent my documentation and screen captures of confirmation emails from said agencies to their support email and a promise to deliver all of it to the FBI if I don't have all of my money back within 24hrs. I'm going to report them anyway but I'm petty and I want to inflict some psychological torment. this is a FAFO situation.

Unethical company. They used the brand Cakes ad to advertise their crappy product. I don't know how they can get away with using someone else's ad. That's the only reason I purchased. I thought they were the Cakes brand. The nipple covers I got are small and have adhesive!!! That's the whole reason I purchased!!! The real cakes are bigger than nipple size and don't have adhesive. They adhere with suction. I've gone back and forth with emails with Inclusivey and they are despicable!!! They had the nerve to offer me $3. I spent $47.94 on 2 sets of covers. Well, I went through my bank and filed a claim with them since Inclusivey refused to take responsibility for the crappy products they are selling.

BUYER BEWARE: I received the wrong product and instead of the owner remedying the problem i was insulted by a refund of $2 and told “Stop Complaining”. I don’t know what part of the country someone would think $2 is acceptable for a product you’ve paid 15-times over for an item you cannot use.

Then to add insult to misery I was told “stop complaining” because I requested a full refund. Who tells their customer stop complaining because they would like their money back. This is POOR customer service at its best.

Most importantly, in receiving the product it was not as described. Please do your research because this company has a lot of negative reviews. I should have done my research prior to purchasing.

My child placed an order and I got a notification from Paypal, so within 2 hrs I contacted them to cancel the order, explaining it was an unauthorized transaction. "Customer service" told me to go and chat with the chatbot, which kept on repeating me not to cancel because I'll be sooo happy with my order. I kept on emailing and also repeating my query in the chat. Next morning they send me an email "unfortunately it's too late now to cancel", despite I have not received a dispatched notification. The are clearly fraudolent. Customer service is just an automatised email that sends you to the chatbot, no real ppl reply to you. I threw my money away. Do not order!!!!!!

Emailed support as my order came and asked if correct nipple cakes size was sent, had to send photo and they inform me it is correct. i request a refund they offer me $3 refund and suggest i give said item to someone else!
Don`t waste your money this fraudulent scamming company as there are plenty of legitimate companies in Australia that actually have a good product.

Do not purchase, this company is a scam and any good reports are fake. I attempted to buy Cakes as well and sent a knock off item. The “customer service” will attempt to return $5 of my $40.97 for a product I cannot use and continues to state this is all they can do. I escalating my claim to PayPal. This company needs to be stopped immediately.

I ordered a Cakes bra product in good faith. I ordered my usual size C-D cup. What was delivered was barely an A cup but said C-D on the packaging. They will not replace. I am currently trying to get my money back through Paypal\Credit Card.

This company is a scam. I never received my order. Do not trust them.

They advertised as Cakes company selling Cakes brand nipple covers, but they are a separate company selling an entirely different product. I realized this immediately after purchase, and attempts to work with their unavailable customer service were in vain. Fraudulent at best.

Purchased product believing it was a branded item (Cakes) based on their advert, once order had been placed it all came up as Chinese so I immediately realised this was a separate company selling their own products using another products advertising. I requested immediate cancellation within 10mins of placing order, email directed me to the contact page of their website where I requested again. Order cancellation made within half an hour or purchase (16 Jan) and they respond today 18 Jan to say it's too late to cancel and are forcing me to have the product insisting I'll love it, I will be immediately sending back as not what I wanted so a complete waste of everyone's time and of course I lose out on the shipping fees this way too.
Not interested in a knock off product, no comment on their misrepresentation from their advert. Avoid

EDIT: After going round in circles with them regarding a return for a MONTH (where they said I needed to send to a specific address but then wouldn't give it to me, insisting it was "too expensive" for me as the customer and offered a $5 refund. Even with shipping costs it I still would have received more than this once a refund had been processed so this was laughable. Once I didn't take the offer they kept going round and circles, I can only assume they hoped I would give up. Not sure what was language barrier/them being deliberatly obtuse and purposefuly frustrating. It was like trying to liaise with robotic potatoes. I then raised a dispute after PayPal who found the case in my favour and I received a full refund, so it was worth perservering for over two months. Absolutely the worst online experience I've ever had in my entire life of online shopping, and I'm mostly mad at myself for getting myself into this! Hopefully these reviews will help others avoid the same issues.

I bought these for my son who is super active and he loves them. They run true to size and fit great. The best part is how lightweight they are and how easy they are to put on. He is 8 and is able to tie his shoes fine but he’s always in a hurry so having the option to slip them on and just strap them is great!

This is a very comfortable shirt that fits true to size.
