BEWARE and protect your hard earned money

I lost almost 2 lakh rupees by trusting them and investing in CABTL deal, the company owner got away with the money and you know with legal proceedings and everything, it's next to impossible to recover money. Incomebazaar doesn't safeguard your money from any risk, investor has 100% risk, incomebazaar doesn't lose a penny because if they do not get money back they just lose their margin. It's a request to all if you want to protect your hard earned money it's better to invest in FD in a reputed bank instead of here because the return can be from 14% to 0%, you will lose your principal amount. Just think about the worst case scenario what if company doesnt repay? You will end up losing your life in endless legal battles and no one will help you. So it's better to stay away from incomebazaar. Now it has been almost more than a year and no signs of recovery.

Creativity at best technologies Ltd - a fraud company has done default of 2 crore rupees on incomebazaar.com invoice discounting platform. Seems incomebazaar.com and CABT both are partners in this fraud crime. Kunal Tekwani and Ashish Kala both are the main accused for duping the hard earned money.

* Kunal and Ashish promised and their website claim that they have very strong risk mitigation measures. they rely on invoice and escrow confirmations by Large Corporates and not SMEs. They also do multiple financial health checks depending on factors, market situations & Product. As of now, we are a Zero default company.
****BUT THERE IS CLEAR DEFAULT AND INCOMEBAZAAR IS NOT ABLE TO RECOVER AND KUNAL CLEARLY MENTIONED ON CALL THEY DON'T HAVE ANY MECHANISM TO CHECK HEALTH OF VENDOR AND RELY SOLELY ON VENDOR PROVIDED INFORMATION.****

* Kunal and Ashish promised and their website claim that Income Bazaar holds post-dated cheques (PDCs) of the Entity who is liable to make the repayments.
****BUT IN REALITY THEY DON'T HOLD AND THEY DID NOT SUBMIT ANY PDCS TO BANK AND NO CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE REGISTERED YET EVEN THOUGH THE DEFAULT TOOK PLACE IN APRIL 2025.****

* Kunal and Ashish promised and their website claim that When a default is committed, Income Bazaar shall take following recovery measures:

1. Stopping of pass-through of funds received from Seller's (Vendor) Customer to the Seller (Vendor)
2. Encashing the post-dated cheques (PDCs);
3. Sending demand notice under section 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
