Zero communication
Zero communication. I made an order of a sample kit of their new vinyl wrap early December with the hopes of receiving it before the Christmas cutoff (their Instagram indicated that I had made it by 2 weeks!) only to be given a tracking number that simply said "label created". I thought "that's fine, maybe I just didn't make the Christmas cutoff despite their socials saying otherwise".
Fast forward to the first week of January and still, no tracking updates. I sent an email, no response despite their socials being very active and receiving plenty of marketing emails.
Second week of January and I messaged their Instagram, still no response.
Third week of January, I message them again, but still nothing. Mid-third week of January I decide to leave a comment on one of their latest posts and still no response. Okay...so I leave comments on their four last posts. Finally a response from them after a few other people reply saying they also never received their goods. This is word for word the reply I finally got on Instagram:
"Hey! Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay on this one.
I’ve checked your order and it looks like the shipping label was created, but unfortunately the sample did not progress through dispatch as intended. To avoid keeping you waiting any longer, we’ve gone ahead and processed a full refund for your order.
You should see the funds returned to your original payment method shortly, depending on your bank’s processing time."
So if you make an order, they just simply lose it before even shipping it? How?
I replied outlining my disappointment, never got a response beyond this one and only message. They never replied to my email.
Regularly their posts can be seen with comments asking for them to please read their emails, and provide updates to people's orders, and regularly they do not reply. Comment sections seem to get swept periodically to remove these comments, and posts even get removed if they get too many comments asking for updates on their orders.
A waste of time, just do not bother, unless you wish to gamble getting a product and service from a company that has a very strong online presence despite never ever responding to queries unless they feel pressured into it. I am thoroughly dissatisfied that they couldn't even honour my order after so much waiting when I could have gone with a competitor day one and received everything I paid for, instead of waiting a month and a half just for a refund.
