The items I ordered are fantastic (Vivactive Mini). I was having problems with the brand I was buying in the supermarkets with terrible itching and not enough protection as that brand had put more cuff around the edges than actual product and the bunching was terrible. The Vivactive brand is so comfortable I don't know I'm wearing it which is just how it should be. And the itching is getting less. My only niggle was the delivery. I had an email on Sunday evening that my order had been despatched so expected it to arrive on Tuesday. It didn't get to me until Friday which was rather a long time. It was delivered by Evri however who also threw it on the doorstep and ran away. What's new!

I ordered product on the Monday and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately the parcel arrived on the Friday. Was refunded part of next day delivery cost after complaining but no offer to get the product to me any earlier. Very Poor and this could have resulted in me being terribly embarrassed at social event

Wide range of products which are affordable and can be bought in large quantities and on subscription. Swift shipping and efficient service. Had a recent issue with delivery caused by the courier not Inc Choice and on contacting Inc Choice they took immediate action to resend the delivery with next day delivery at no cost to me. Excellent customer service from Freya and the team. It’s fabulous to have a company that understand the importance of the products they provide to their customers.

Excellent product that you feel you can rely on, a reasonable price and incredibly rapid delivery (ideal when you've forgotten to place an order). I can't fault Inco in any way whatsoever.

From order to delivery two days. I ordered 7 packets of men's incontinence pads. This was 3 of one kind and 2 each of another. On reordering I now know that the level 5 is too thin for me, so when reordering I will go for the higher levels. The cost is better than buying from the shops.
