This is the most horrible buying experience I’ve ever experienced! My order has been lost by their shipping company and I cannot get a refund no matter how hard I try. There seems to be no way to contact an actual human being. Now I am out of my purchase amount and the international service fee. I wish I had known that I was dealing with AI instead of human beings because I would not have done this.

I bought 2 x pairs of their ladies shorts, size medium. I normally buy small in Australia, sometimes medium if I want a more loose fit. These shorts are very tight for me around the waist, I would say probably a size 8 max in Australia. The quality of the material is very poor. When I asked to return them for larger size, I was told it would be very expensive and offered $7 usd compensation! They were not cheap to buy, and I think they are not fit for purpose due to sizing issues. IF you buy these make sure you buy at least 2 sizes bigger than normal. Buy I would advise against it, due to the poor quality material and the price paid.
Impressed with overall quality and thoughtful design. Though shipping took three weeks, the wait felt reasonable given the detailed craftsmanship. Price seemed fair for what you get. Longer shipping estimates would help manage expectations better. Slight tweak in packaging could enhance user experience.
Bought this and it fits all my space-saving needs. Bra shapewear is a nice bonus. Pretty satisfied!

Checked the voice message. It was the fraud department of my bank (I'm not so sure now.) - two attempts at payment went through, one from the USA and one from Hong Kong. USA accepted, bank declined HK. Now having a dreadful experience with my bank.
I recently odered 2 pairs of pants from this site. I followed their size chart and ordered a size small.The pants fit but fall below the knees. The quality is absolutely nothing near as to what is advertised. You can see through the material! I have complained and all I get is an offer to pay me 7$ when the order was 56 Euros. Do NOT order these pants!!!
