Phone shipped quickly - faster than expected - and is just what was advertised. Actually the phone was in better condition than advertised, which was another pleasant surprise. Having bought from other refurbished phone sellers and been disappointed, I would say that I highly recommend Incredible as superior to other options in the current marketplace.

This website is awesome they sent me my iPhone 7 like awesome new and the battery was only 82 health but overall it’s awesome battery seems like it’s not even effected by the low health I am typing on it right now it’s good website I would defiantly choose incredible over any other shipping was one day early took 5 or 6 days to get to me from Florida I live in Texas so the shipping is great👌🏼😏😁😁 very happy thanks incredible

Easy to deal with, quick to correct issues, and totally and personally responsive, this company turned what could have been a terrible experience into a great one.

I won’t go into unnecessary details, but my experience began with a mistaken shipment and an iPhone with a defective speaker. Bad start and an uh-oh moment. I contacted the company expecting a struggle and instead received quick service and an actual human being to take care of everything. And he did to my complete satisfaction.

I highly recommend Incredible and would not hesitate to use their services again. I’m typing this review on my replacement iPhone and it’s wonderful!

Very good phone for a good price. The battery health is 100% but the screen has a little yellow spots around the corner of the screen, but if you can live with that then its a good phone.

The product was exactly as advertized. In fact, I shipped to a foreign
country, to a friend, where it was stopped for a valuation and customs charge. I had
claimed the value and I had to supply a receipt. The customs authority
thought it was new and of far greater value than what the shipping stated.
A great product. My friend is very pleased.

Edit: Bryon from Incredible had a new phone shipped to me that met expectations. I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars.

The phone was supposed to be “excellent” condition which meant free of scratches on the screen. It has a gnarly 1” scratch on the screen. It was supposed to have 80% battery, it dies in 20 minutes of use and has less than that %. I emailed customer service. I tried opening a chat. Neither were responded to. Will this get published? Unlikely. Bad experience.
