My wife and I were about to travel to India through Incredible Real India Tours. We had everything organized and paid 50% of the tour upfront. Upon arriving at the Singapore Airlines counter in Singapore, they realized that the visa issued by India was missing one of my surnames, which prevented us from traveling. I immediately informed Incredible Real India Tours of this, and they kindly assisted me, indicating that they would refund the advance payment, which they did a few days later. I am incredibly grateful to Raju for his understanding and the help we received. We hope to return very soon.

I’ve used Incredible Real India several times now for both personal and family trips to India. On this occasion I opted for a trip to Nepal. Having experienced the highest level of service from Rajendra, I had no hesitation in approaching Incredible Real India once more to devise a route/itinerary for Katmandu and onwards. Via their network, as with past trips, we experience a most highly efficient and incredible trip. Local guides were always very welcoming, informative and reliable. Our trip took us from Katmandu to Pokhara where we spent four memorable days touring the lower Annapurna. Poon Hill was utterly incredible, and the sunset views of Dhaulagiri were beyond breathtaking. From here we headed down to Chitwan National Park, before turning back to Katmandu via Nagarkot and then home.
As highlighted the past, Incredible Real India is a real find and a company I’ll use time and again over years to come. I highly recommend anyone to reach out; you won’t forget it.

Pre-travel arrangements were dealt with superbly by Raju and everything was great from meeting our driver, Nepal Singh at Delhi Airport to being driven back to the airport at the end. In between was a real adventure going to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Ranthambhore National Park for tiger safaris. We felt very well looked after throughout and we could be flexible day-to-day in where we wanted to visit. Highly recommended and we will be going back to southern India with Incredible Real India soon.

Wonderful experience of India in a 10 days tour perfectly planned and managed from Dehli to Varanasi. Best driver and van for many miles across crazy roads, nice accomodations and top guides in every city.

My wife and I just finished a one month tour of Rajasthan, Agra, Varanasi, Delhi, with lots more in between, and can’t say enough about Incredible Real India and our driver Bhanwar…it couldn’t have been better, the adventure of a lifetime!!!
We’ve always preferred to travel independently, but knowing that India would be challenging and stressful to tackle on our own, we contacted Raju. And so thankful we did! He worked with us to come up with an itinerary and he and his staff took care of everything. Even our domestic flights and a couple of last minute changes to our route once we got here. The hotels he chose were wonderful, and all of his recommendations were spot on. He’s an incredibly kind person as well, who is very passionate about what he does. 
While Incredible Real India is an amazing company, our trip was made all the more special by Bhanwar. He wasn’t just our driver, but our tour guide, concierge, and traveling companion. He arrived every day with a smile and a joke. “Everything is possible” was always the answer to any request we had, and he looked after us like family. And after four weeks driving around India together he is now like an old friend who we will miss very much.

My wife and I planned a customized eleven night tour with Incredible Real India. We worked with Devender Yadav, who was a pleasure to work with: a good communicator and very responsive. Our stops were Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Nagaur, Jodphur and Udaipur. We had excellent hotels in each place. Our city guides were knowledgeable and good communicators. Our driver was outstanding. Our tour was reasonably priced for the level of personal service that we received.

Experiencing Holi Festival in India was high on my bucket list along with many other India locales. 58 year old female and I was traveling alone from the United States so I wanted to make sure I was in excellent hands. There are so many companies to choose from and you really don't know who is as reputable as they claim to be. My search began. I was extremely impressed with Incredible Real India from the first exchange. They were responsive, patient, communicative and very informative with information about what I was looking to experience and extremely pleasant. I did not experience this with any of the other companies I had reached out to. All of them had the same cookie cutter Tours available. After a month of exploration with multiple companies, it was crystal clear to me which company stood head and shoulders above all the others. Devender helped me put together an almost 3 week journey, touring 12 different cities, with an incredible list of experiences. They gave me options for the level of stay I was looking for in hotels and things to do in each location. There was a lot of back-and-forth to finalize my final itinerary. The pricing was extremely reasonable as well.
I could write a book about my three weeks in India, so I'll try and just sum it up. I visited Delhi, Mandawa, Bikener, Jaisalmer, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Agra, Orchha, Khajurhao, Varanasi & a night in the dessert. I had a knowledgeable guide in each city. The architexture was magnificent, the temples abundant, Forts, Castles, history & the food was delicious, and my experience was priceless. 11 of the 12 hotels were top notch and beautiful. Service was impressive. Incredible real India continued to surprise me with experiences to enhance my stay. From a sunrise boat ride on the Gangi river with two musicians on the boat. An Experience I will never forget. A camel ride in the desert to watch the sunset. While in Khajurhai I went on a few hour jeep safari and got to see a tigress. She was magnificent and we watched her for quite a while. Watching the sunrise of the Taj Mahal and Holi festival was incredible. everybody should experience that once in their life! I did holy festival in Mandawa and it was there that I was able to meet Raju, the owner of incredible real India and Devender, who took such good care of me putting the trip together. I was thrilled to meet them in person & get to spend part of my trip with them! Wonderful people. I had an incredible experience with them. Their company is aptly named. One of the highlights of the entire trip was my driver, Modaram. He was my driver for the entire trip. An incredibly pleasant man, knowledgeable, and always took care of me. I always felt safe and informed thanks to him. I think of him often now that I'm home. I think of India often and I'm so grateful to this wonderful company me for giving me such an amazing experience!

In a short review, it is very difficult to articulate what a truly special experience this trip was for our family. My family of four is just reaching the end of a 15 day journey in Rajasthan. Our trip with Incredible Real India has been a once in a lifetime experience. Our driver, Mr. Bhanwar Singh, is the consummate professional. His fearless navigation of the “functional anarchy” of Indian roadways still brings a smile when I think of it. Some tears will be shed when we depart, as we have become very fondly attached to Bhanwar. He went above and beyond on a daily basis to ensure our comfort. Perhaps our most meaningful experience was a home cooked meal by Bhanwar and his friends Anita and Arjun. At every point in our journey we were treated as honored guests. We were cared for in every possible way, and the Real India team worked tirelessly from pre-trip planning by Devender onward to curate a truly delightful and incredibly unique experience. Mr. Rajendra “Raju” Singh is founder of Incredible Real India, and is the man who makes all of this possible. He is loved by his employees, and is a man of profound integrity. It was a blessing to spend time with him in Mandawa at the beautiful Haveli and hotel called Mandawa Kothi. Many, many thanks to everyone at Incredible Real India for your dedication to our experience. No words can describe how truly grateful we are!

Incredible Real India far exceeded all of my expectations. They seamlessly and intentionally planned each city’s visit, found great guides, and found incredible hotels. They handled every detail, creating magic and special memories each day. They were incredibly responsive and solution oriented when flights got delayed or something we had hoped to see was closed. They quickly pivoted and made the experience even better. I highly recommend listening and taking their advice for an amazing, unforgettable trip!

The team at Incredible Real India Tours and Travels are truly excellent. I have traveled with them many times - mostly as a solo female traveler. They always design great custom travel experiences for me that leave me inspired visit after visit. Drivers are safe and knowledgable and kind. This trip, I brought a group of friends from the US to India... and Incredible Real India Tours arranged everything PERFECTLY. We stayed at amazing hotels, had a small bus that fit all of us together, and saw so many inspiring sites. IRl had so many ideas for extra special experiences we could weave into the tour! We booked our Rajasthan tour with Incredible Real India. It was a customized tour for two people with personal driver and dedicated guides in every city. Our driver, Mr. Bhanwar Singh, was very helpful and cautious, always giving us extra explanations on India history and lifestyle. He made us discover some new Indian food too. I highly recommend him if you are traveling this part of India. All our requests have been fulfilled beyond expectations.

Broken Promises:

This travel agency is a master of making promises but fails miserably in delivering them. The much-advertised surprise dinner turned out to be nothing more than an illusion. During initial discussion they promised a surprise dinner ...never happened. they promised they will take care all hotel activities in advance..never happened. i had to talk to the hotel for every check in . got to know they booked lowest category substandard room to make their profit more..

Lack of Welcoming Gesture:

Don't expect any warm welcome; it seems "Incredible India Journeys" hasn't heard of hospitality. No greetings at the airport or the hotel – just an impersonal driver waiting to take you on a disappointing journey.

Outsourced Chaos:

Everything seems to be outsourced without a clear understanding or connection. The drivers are random, and the company seems oblivious to who is behind the wheel, compromising the safety and trust of the passengers.

False Hotel Booking Information:

Booking a 3 or 4-star hotel? Think again. Prepare to be shocked when you find yourself in a run-down 2-star establishment with facilities far from what you were promised.

Accommodation Mismatch:

Despite booking for 2 adults and 1 child, accommodations were only arranged for 2 adults. In some instances, the only bed available was a tiny 2 feet single bed – a nightmare for any family.

Lowest Category Rooms:

Expect disappointment in every hotel as you are ushered into the lowest category rooms, a stark contrast to the luxurious experience you were sold.

Communication Breakdown:

The lack of communication with hotels is astonishing. Even after booking three months in advance, the hotels seemed unaware of our arrival, leading to chaos and confusion.

Advance Payment Scam:

Be wary of the advance payment trap. "Incredible India Journeys" gladly takes your money but fails to secure your hotel bookings. Later, they conveniently provide lower-category hotels while increasing the overall cost.

Financial Disputes with Hotels:

Picture this: your holiday ending on a sour note as the hotel stops you during checkout due to non-payment by the travel agency. An embarrassing situation no traveler should face.

Driver Dilemma:

The irresponsibility extends to the drivers, who are not paid on time. Brace yourself for unexpected halts in the middle of your trip, as drivers stop the car, leaving you stranded and compelled to find alternative transportation.

In summary, steer clear of "Incredible India Journeys" if you value your time, money, and sanity. This agency is a master of deception, promising the moon but delivering a nightmare travel experience.

they will always have logic for everything..for this revew also they will have i guess..even if you write to customer care they will never respond.. FRAUD company. Be careful...
