The report was definitely not personalized and was very generic and things I already knew...what's the point of going to a so called expert when I am more knowledgeable than them? Dont do it, is my suggestion. Literally every prediction they gave me was flat out wrong.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Like most of these comments say, the reading SUCKS. They are adamant to say it’s written by actual people, but I am quite certain it’s not. It feels too computer generated, basic and most of all INACCURATE. It didn’t feel personal at all. I am currently studying Vedic astrology myself and I was hoping for a fun and informative experience to learn from. Lol. It was SO bad.
I’ve had other computer generated reports that are way cheaper and actually have relevant and personal information in them. So it’s not even like computer generated ones are always terrible. This one was just extremely terrible. Chat gpt could do a much better job. If you’re gonna make it computer generated, just learn to do it better. Cause this was TRASH. It’s actually embarrassing to say real astrologers wrote these reports.
It seems like they reply the same thing to other bad comments on here, stating they really do use real astrologers, not computers and to email them with order # so they can resolve the situation. Well here’s my order #: 244500
Please refund me. I will be back here in the comments to share what the communication is like.

Scam....it's not manually created report.....it's computer generated one itself ......for geniune purpose I compared the my manual report with free report from same website.. surprized to see the sentence used in free computer report is given in manual report without a word change...waste of money...2)highlight is that computer generated report mentions if so & so planet is good something will happen & bad something will happen..
But the joke here is in manual report also it mentioned same....they not even mentioned which planet is good or bad for me....then how this will become manual report?

Please be careful, as this website is a complete scam. I ordered my reading, and since I didn't receive it for a while, I put a dispute on PayPal. They contacted me immediately and asked to remove the dispute. They convinced me to do so and said they would send me the horoscope in 7 working days, but I never received anything. I don't understand how this organization is still there and taking money from people without facing any consequences.

A customer service rep by the name Sumit had taken 59 dollars from me for a birth time report. He sent me two pay links and took 25 and 34 dollars in two installments. It is now almost a month. indastro has been correct on some points but not all makes sense, reports are pricey and customer service is very bad they do not handle complaints, its hard to know if its all true, they make very negative comments in reports and have poor english, they go calling someone aggressive in their reports but with no explanation when you on a chat with them and pay you get an astrology meaning without explanations i do not think this is geniune company and do not understand how they make reports without proper explanation of terms, that is why it is an untrustworthy service also recently customer service never got back to me i also deleted my profile

Innacurate, unresponsive, computer generated. Don't waste your money.
Innacurate chart. I contacted the customer service on many occasions for clarifcation but every time they have ignored.
I have used other service such as Co-star and cafeastrology which gives a different chart to indastro and has been far more accurate. So all my orders from indastro have been wrong? I have given them the chance check this but since i have already paid for their services it seems like they dont care after theyve taken your money.
It looks as though many others on here have had the same experience.
I do not reccomend this service and would be very cautious before you pay up.

Birth time updated from am to pm. Alerted customer service. They said too bad. I need to pay $199 for reports again. I already paid for a clarification in this event, for any errors. Not paying again. As others said, generic reports. I've had great reports before with other sites. Tried this site my first time. Indastro Vedic Astrology, India Net Consultants LLP is prompt and pleasant with response. They enticed me with the emails. However, poor customer service. Poor reports. A report mill. ZERO STARS - Buyer Beware!!!
Not even one star - but zero is not an option. I have had several reports/readings by professional astrologers in my lifetime. The report I purchased for $55US from Indastro was NOT LEGITIMATE and NOT WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. It quite obviously is a generic computer generated report that did not involve a professional astrologer's review and reflection of the transiting aspects in relationship to my chart. If you are seeking a paid professional reading, look elsewhere to spend your money.

Bad. I spent $50 for a two year birthday…
I spent $50 for a two year birthday reading. It was so vague, it could have been anyone’s reading. I honestly think there was no professional or experienced astrologer involved in my report. Example: “You should pay attention to your professional field and continue to work in a suitable professional field.” “Increase efforts and take important decisions after weighing pros and cons.” They have not responded to my feedback. I see no value in this reading, except that I will be sure to read reviews ahead of my next online purchase. Don’t get ripped off like I did.

Don't waste you money on this site
Should have looked on here before I wasted $68 on two readings. I have had really good Vedic readings before from genuine Sri-Lankan astrologers at a fraction of this cost. As well as UK ones. I ordered 2 readings, both completely wrong. I was told I should be doing a business and that its going to be bad for both years. I am a professional (Surgeon) all of my other horoscopes have picked up on this possibility in the past so was surprised by this.
It also made wholly inaccurate predictions about my personal life and family as well as being ridiculously short. I fed back my thoughts and didn't get the decency of a reply from them, highlighting their customer service quality values.
Don't waste your money on this disingenuous service who don't care about the product as long as they get your hard earned cash.
