My first deposit didn't went through…

My first dwposit didn't went through but I deposited another amount and got the biggest payout ever. Bet ₹500 and I got 1000 x my bet amount. Surely the best game ever. But can't withdraw the whole amount in one go and Withdrawal still pending. kindly fix this issue.
