Fantastic innovation! Indeed Flex app has changed my life for good. I have been able to balance work life and family life due to shift flexibility opportunity on the app.

I can choose jobs and hours which suits me on the days I want to work. The app is easy to navigate, booking is simple and explained the job description well.

If negative stars exist, this here deserves that , you’re not allowed to cancel shift without getting banned within 24hours , but they can send you shift offers 3hrs before the shift starts , make it make sense

Great app, easy to use and very straight forward. However the system of first come first serve has been set up to specifically suit the company in filling all available shifts rather than helping the drivers who have real lives with financial commitments trying to find flexibility.

They play with your money when you don’t want to work a 14 hour shift and I have reported this to the state board and bbb and across my platform,I am spreading the word and raising awareness ,these apps are like slave yards

Yes, the company is doing great however one thing I do nor understand is this:
When I choose a shift therefore into my box, it seems yhat yhe company take away from me leaving with nothing this is not fair. You need to redress the type of unfairness.

The interviewer was both polite and friendly plus very patient regarding technical issues with my phone.

Why text me three times in a month to fulfil my CV when the profile it’s ready since October 24 and there aren’t any job available in whole London. This it’s rubbish, I need to work am a professional, I can work freelance also, but this Indeed Flex lost many clients renewal contracts since 2022 because they hired a lot of Rubbish employees without certifying.
Off course that many Clients had decided to stop using this indeed rubbish flex, brainless fools managing manual professionals who can eat them alive for their knowledge and bravery by spending their lives in the field not behind a computer in a warm and comfy chair away of the bad weather conditions and enjoying all bank holidays and annual leave without interruptions.
Zero stars it’s the right score, I wish you end up as the real workers are in trouble because of your unprofessional behaviour, hiding behind the owner of this crap company, London is falling because of those boneless human beings.
