One again this local business excelled in finding me a Power Chair best suited to my changing needs and even offering a cheaper Model than the one I was looking at buying.. the cheaper model had identical features and quality.. just cheaper with a very short delivery date.. I have bought Scooters and Chairs from them before and the Service is impeccable.. always quick to respond to queries.. All the Staff at the Hull Showroom in Witham.. are totally friendly and trustworthy.. I'm so fortunate to have been recommended to them by my friend Eric .. who was a long time customer !!

I bought two Riser Recliners from Independent Mobility. This week went back and ordered another one as I was so impressed with the others. Phil and Dave have just delivered and installed it. First Class service Highly reconmend Independant Mobilty Grimsby for Sales and Service just how it was Yrs ago.

I had a flat tire on my wheelchair, I rang the shop and it was repaired with in a hour, Excellent Service, Highly Recommended, Thank you so much x

Very friendly and a warm welcome. No sales "pressure" but on hand to
assist in helping us decide electric wheelchair most suitable for us. Highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future should we need to.

Popped into Indepenent mobilty , after ringing them , warm friendly welcome Wifes scooter stopped working , explained problem with the scooter & was told they could pick it up for repair , we aked could they reccomend a folding scooter for the car , showed various scooters & prices Explained every detail , let the wife test drive them , very helpful , very patient , bought smaller scooter they even put it in the boot for me , they picked up my wifes other scooter for repair & brought it back , Hows that for service

I would have giving no stars but I have to give one bought a mobility stroler for my wheel chair paid for the dear one on arivel was given a cheap one said they would replace it for the dearer one all I got was a fob story from them saying they would replace it haveing to keep ringing them up all the time and they kept saying they would ring us back but never did then they said it was the right one keep well away from this mobilty shop I will never go there ever again now I have a expencive door stopper.

Both myself and elderly mum shop here. Mum got an electric bed. The guys who came were brilliant. They dismantled the old ancient electric bed and took it away. Put mum’s new bed up and showed her how to use it.

I bought a powerchair (again from Beverley branch). I had rung around and only Ian offered to get the Drive rep in with the sample chair I wanted so that i could try it out.

Excellent and knowledgeable service and Anne-Marie in the shop is great to deal with.

Staff in store where very helpful and catered to our needs they made the whole experience very effortless. Dave and Chris who delivered our bed and chair where brilliant very professional very clean and tidy in there work and made sure we knew how to change the bed settings correctly before they left. Thank you to all the staff

Gavin and Jamie at the Grimsby branch were helpful and kind - as well as efficient diagnosing our scooter battery failure and fitting new ones. Great service, thank you!

Paid £50 for a ( second hand ) ignition that doesn’t even fit properly in the scooter frame , found one brand new for £8 online 🙁

Again providing Pat with a product that was easy to use and functional for her needs. What can I say, She’s loving it.
