There is no evidence this is UK company…
There is no evidence that this company is in the UK, returns have to go back to China. The website claims their trimmer head fits any trimmer but it was too large for my Black & Decker trimmer. When asked for details of how to return they tried to get out of this by claiming I must have opened the packaging so it could not be return but it was still in packaging unopened. Its great idea but if it does not work for you it is very difficult to get a refund
