I am happy with my ordered Saree. I bought it for my sister and she just loved it. It is superb. It is exactly the way as shown in the picture and the quality is good.

I ordered on March and its June and I still didn't get my clothes!!!!! They do not pick up phone calls or answer emails purposely. STUPID STAFF. WORST SERVICE EVER. I ORDERED 8 CLOTHES AND NONE CAME YET. UNNACEPTABLE. DONT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUD SITE.

I ordered 4 ready made sarees, 1 non-ready made saree and 1 anarkali in February 2016. After two months I've got the first two ready made sarees. A month later i received the 3th saree. It was the worst ready made sarees I've ever seen. I had to bring the sarees to a tailor in my country to restore the sarees. It had has cost me a lot of money. They did not tell me that the anarkali was out of stock. I replace the order of the anarkali with an other one. I received the other anarkali a week ago. They took the measurement of my daughter instead of me. The anarkali was to small. They never sent me the bottle green & Maroon Net Designer Saree!!!! I'm so disappointed

I have placed an order on June 20, 2015. My Order No. is Order #100020416.

I ordered for Impressive Black & Blue Net Based Anarkali Suit With Sequins Work.
But i didn’t receive my order even after 25 days and asked the matter and they replied as the item out of stock. They didn’t even have the courtesy to call and inform.

So, I cancelled my order on 15 July 2015 as they were not able to manage the dress.
And they also mentioned that i’ll get the refund within 15 days
But also failed to commit the refund and made the excuse that authorised person is out of india for 25 days. But even after that i didn’t get my refund and when i called they refused to refund the amount mentioning that they are going through some crisis. (my amount is only Rs 6540)
Now it’s been more than 7 months and i haven’t got any refund from them.
I have contacted them more than 10 + times but i don’t get any proper reply from them

I ordered lehnga for my wedding and I received a completely different one that too 2 weeks after the delivery date. I was terribly annoyed as the wedding date was near. These people did not event want to take back the lehnga and return my money. They are complete jerks and frauds.

Do yourself a favor and stear clear of these awful people!! We ordered my finances sherwani in mid September for our December wedding (plenty of time) they said we'd get it in 2 weeks. October came around and nothing. We tried to sort it out and they kept saying next week till they stopped responding. It is now October 21st we told them we escalated it to PayPal and instead of working with us to make it right they told us we need to withdraw our claim by the 25th or they'll send us nothing and basically called us liars. I've done a lot of shopping for Indian clothes online these people give a bad name to Indians in general. Save your money, time, and effort!!! If I could I'd give them no stars

I placed an order for a Lehenga that was in stock in June, I paid for my order and I received an email confirmation to say they had my order. I was then sent the measurement email as I needed the order to be stitched for my daughter. I have been chatting to them for 2 weeks as its needed for a wedding this weekend. I chatted with Daksh this morning only to be told that the item is now out of stock. ATFER 2 MONTHS they have told me I will not get my order. Then why when I placed my order was is showing as in stock - and why did you take my money if you knew you did not have the item.

I now have a very upset daughter and I have to go shopping so she has something nice to wear and still have to wait a week for my refund - such bad service. I also ordered a saree from them and asked that to be stitched and they sent the saree unstitched and no inskirt!! 2 mistakes too many, I won't be ordering from them again. Stick to Shree Designers they are great and keep their promises.
