As someone new to Germany, I reached out to Arjun for guidance on navigating the complexities of financial planning in a new country. I must appreciate Mr. Anirudh Khanna for his suggestion and assistance in most of my Financial planning starting from Real estate investment, Pension plans, Suitable insurance, Gold investment etc. etc.

Mr. Priyesh Desai helped me in obtaining a Privat Kredit loan to purchase a property in India, though the banks would not entertain my application due to my visa status, Mr. Desai helped me to obtain loan and guided me through out the process.

I have followed up with multiple people from India Initiative on refunding extra charges that were taken in reister-rente with no response from them. They have been willing to come on calls but a different person shows up every time and then they don't resolve the queries over e-mails. For everything, they need a one hour time commitment. Its not worth it. Definitely not a good partner.
