I can’t give them lesser than this. I received first order with in a week but second order is missing. I tried contacting them but no reply on email nor on Watsapp. It’s is a fraud website.

Unfortunatel I myself didn't do a lot of research and just placed an order. The money was promptly taken but no sign of the products. I contacted the email address provided- no response. Then tried call the phone number listed as well as sending several WhatsApp messages and no response again! Absolute fraud!

They take your money and do not send your order. I have been waiting since end of November 2021. I have attempted to contact them on multiple occasions but they do not reply to emails. They took my money and then all communication stopped. Do not buy anything. They will just steal your money.
I received the products I ordered very quickly but I wanted to cancel them the minute I originally placed the order and it's impossible to get through to anyone.
Their WhatsApp number featured on the website doesn't respond and emails are not replied to. Terrible customer services.
A side note that the products also looked very dusty when they arrived and the box smelt very odd. I would not be buying from them again.

Absolutely terrible experience. Placed order and confirmation received regarding order which seemed all rosy, nice & genuine. ABSOLUTELY nothing after that. Not received order. Not answering calls or emails despite multiple attempts. If you want a paid headache, please use this company. Otherwise AVOID. This company needs to be made to close down before they fool others.
EDIT- Company contacted us quoting delay due to covid. After that it was smooth & all products sent correctly. Still loses 1 star for the initial hassle
