Pathetic company and a big scam!
Have had multiple instances with this company.

They send you 3 year old products that are about to expire in next 1 week. Play with people's health - beat that!

Sent frozen items that were stale and possibly were not kept in refrigeration -- again play with people's health. Is that even possible for a grocery store to do that in Germany?

Delivers to wrong address and then argues that they've delivered and refuse to refund money.

Manu more such pathetic experiences with this company. Save yourself the trouble and also your health by not ordering from here.

Scam?
My partner ordered from them a month ago. They texted her once and then completely stopped responding.
A shipment from Germany to Czech Republic should not take a month, should it?
This company is either a scam or it has low to no capacity to deal with mishaps such as a lost parcel.
In any case, I suggested that you avoid them, tons of Indian markets around EU.

I have placed an order almost three weeks ago, paid online and never heard back from the company. I emailed them regarding it, they apologized and sent me a tracking number but never any confirmation of my order, the items I ordered, confirmation of my address, contact details, nothing.
The shipping company is not telling me that the parcel is 'returing to sender' and cannot give me more information because the zip code of the parcel does not match my address.
Company to avoid?
Let's see if I even get my 100€ order
