I was hesitant to shop from an online website but decided to give it a try since I needed kameezes for a wedding and Eid. I was impressed with the fast shipping and delivery and very satisfied with the quality of clothing and stitching. It fit me perfectly and the prices were reasonable to work with. Customer service were also quick to answer emails and provide support. Highly recommend Indian Wedding Saree and I will be buying from them again.

Absolutely terrible service, they never deliver on time. Product quality is terrible and they cheat customers by selling product x on their website but actual items is of poor quality. No QC checks done.

It came in timely fashion and fitting were good. They are very prompt on WhatsApp and they also were updating me on WhatsApp as the orders were getting ready. They texted as soon as they mailed the order with tracking link. Overall I had very good experience with their price, materials and fitting. The only thing I will tell customers to be careful while giving measurements to be sure to tell them if it is your body measurements or cloth measurements. Thanks.

Don t order from this website! After waiting 16 days, my order was not even dispatched, they said it s still in production.

Very poor service, I ordered 3 items, only 2 of the items reached that also later date then expected. After I made the order, then I was told my 3rd item is discontinued. I ended up canceling the order and currently waiting for my refund

Awful service
I ordered some items from them before a celebration. I only picked up those that were mentioned as ready to be shipped in order to get the delivery on time. It did not even ship after six days of my order. The only response I got from them was "We are gonna dispatch your item soon". The amount of stress I had to go through was unbearable as my celebration was already half-ruined by their irresponsible service. I wanted a cancellation and a refund and they kept bargaining on this matter. They finally cancelled my order but based on the service I was provided I am not sure how long it's gonna take the refund process. Don't spend a penny on them. I wish I read the reviews earlier.

My original order had one saree that…
My original order had one saree that was not 5.5 meter, I believe it was sent without quality check. I was offered credit note for saree $47.63+ blouse stitching $23.67. I decided to order dress with adding $31 to use credit note given for saree and blouse stitching cost. Total for dress cost I paid is approx $103.
Today received my dress which has bottom chudidar that is so tight that I cannot pull it up to waist and top was selected for boat neck as shown in the picture, wide boat neck, but received with U neck. Looking very ugly, as it's a plain dress with just lace in sleeves and bottom side of top. Again no quality check was completed.
First order blouses stitching was too big, with sleeve like a men's short sleeve shirts..
Okay with customer service for first order. But for the creditnote order I wouldn't give them any stars.
Very unhappy aster spending $300 in my total order.
Wouldn't recommend.

I ordered a little late and had a very tight delivery time. they were very nice and rushed the delivery as much as it was possible and I received the package on the day of the event... just in time. It needed a very little adjustment but luckily I have a tailor friend and the issue was solved in 15 minutes. All the products had a very good quality and they were exactly like in the pictures on the site.
