They have a distribution and a promotion service. They didn't collect any royalties after nearly a year and 20000 streams. The promotion services are very expensive in my opinion. I don't understand what this company are about. They only pay out when you have 100$ collected, however they don't seem to collect anything at all. Distribution has two option, paid for and free. The paid for option is expensive but doesn't get you anything extra than the free option. Overall it feels a wasted year with this company.

Very Very Bad, stealing money from artists, fake contracts that they don't follow, and when you try talking to them they hardly respond, and never help. DO NOT USE THIS AS YOUR DISTRIBUTOR!

I distributed with them In June 2020 and it has been 4 months, I have streams from Spotify that are from June, so 4 months ago and they say I need to keep waiting for report. Spotify pays in 60 days, all other distributors pay in 60 days, I have been waiting 120 days.
I think this is turning into a BIG SCAM

Well, I started using Indiefy on March 2020. I choosed the pro plan to manage my 5 artists. Together they made almost more than 1 Million Streams just on Spotify. After 7 months the only royalties I got was under 50 Dollars for 1 Million Streams!!!

Please dont support this distribution service! I will report this bad service to Spotify because something is much wrong with this service.

It should be telling most of the reviews here are published the same date, may 15th 2020 they ARE FAKE REVIEWS. I've ordered their basic playlist promotion service. I was not provided ANY information about how their service works or what to expect they simple took my payment. After several attempted communications on my part I received a short reply about how to submit my track for the service. Several days after providing the resource and still no service I was told it will take up to 3 days for the service. Take a guess on day 6 I still have no service they are "waiting for the currator to provide the playlist". I went to their website and look for customer service which is a link ... back to their homepage. POORLY MANAGED AT BEST, MOST LIKELY A SCAM

I am waiting royalties report since November 2019.
They told that they are waiting the royalties report from Spotify but it is not true. All company receive royalties within 3 months.
They are thievies with a really band customer support.
Don't use them, there are many different better company.

Indiefy is a terrible company with poor customer service. They do not help you when you ask for HELP. Their window for asking for help is supposedly 24 hours but that is false it takes more than 24 hours to get ahold of them. They are not doing their job, this isn’t a “community” nor is it a “family”. It is far from a family. They do not connect with their musicians, neither do they sympathize. They have poor management, poor customer service. If you want 24/7 customer service you have to pay. Are you kidding me? You are a COMPANY you are EXPECTED to have CUSTOMER SERVICE 24/7 ANYWAYS! Really disappointing because I thought they were a great company but I was proven otherwise as the weeks progressed. I will be changing music distributor companies.
