Difficulties with returns
Difficulties with returns. Interested to know if anyone else has been falsely told their item was returned damaged(when it wasn’t on sending) only to be informed you will be receiving store credit instead of refund? I have been a loyal customer of this brand for a long time with no issues in the past. However on a recent return I was advised the item was damaged upon receiving back to Indigo Luna, I was provided with pictures of the top I returned (due to not fitting, that I very briefly and carefully tried on). I do not believe this is the top I returned, as the top was not in this condition on sending and the pictures look edited to me. They offered me store credit instead of refund, I’ve previously dealt with clothing companies in financial crisis having similar ploys, in an attempt to retain money and offload stock. It was my ignorance not to take photos of the top prior to sending it back as proof. So please, if dealing with this company on returns, please take photos of items as proof that the item returned is in the same condition as per sent. I would also be interested to know if anyone else has experienced the same issue with this business.
