The shop is lovely with a big range of options. We picked up a stunning corner suite and was delivered promptly. When they delivered they took all furniture from the boxes and built the table for me.

Furniture is lovely and good quality but the customer service was terrible. Let me down twice on delivery blaming myself. First time said got my wrong mobile number which was correct..said had answer and man kept putting phone down.. which I doubt was true. They had right number on their order. Them blame their driver. Said I couldn't do Friday delivery date offered instead as on night shift so arranged Thursday which didn't come. Accused me in a very arsey manner I had got mixed up and argued back at me. Told them they wanted the Friday and I told them no as not at home..why would I agree to date can't make!. I believe they can't cope with deliveries and make excuses. You have to pay in full so concerning when company start messing you around. I had to have my elderly mother to take the insisted Friday delivery in the end. Although said set everything up for you..they don't and left large umbrella in box. When questioned and said I was lady in my own as well and need it setting up with furniture, he rudely replied "not got time for all that..tell her to find herself a husband!!!"
I did manage to do it but was heavy..wouldn't have took them long when used toown products. When I ordered the furniture the man was slightly off with us and put that down to near closing time..but no. He was exceptionally rude and no respect for a customer having paid £1800 !! I won't be recommending or going back to this company. Ordered a sun lounger elsewhere.

Purchased a livorno pergola . Our fitting was brought forward as soon as explained about needing it for a family event . The pergola is excellent quality and extremelly well made . The led lighting is a nice touch and the built in 4 sided screens allow us to use all year round whatever the weather . The 2 men installing it were fabulous , polite and thouroughly explained everything we needed to know . We have only had it 3 days ajd have not come back inside yet .😁 we also have 2 dogs that are also benefitting and are spending all day protected from the sun with the louvre roof closed . We love it . Along with the furniture also supplied with it

Purchased a Livorno Pagola and delivered/fitted within a week of ordering. Exceptional quality and service from Indoor Outdoor - as normal. We have purchased many other items from them and all excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend them.

I have made multiple purchases with this company and satisfied with all of them. I have had a rattan corner set 2 years ago and it is still in the same condition as the day I brought it. I have have also had a wooden bench that is sat in a memorial garden for 4 year and still standing strong with no rot. I also had a wooden garden swing around 6 years and this is still in great condition with no rott. I have recently purchased a children's play house and built myself, this came with easy to assemble instructions and was no parts missing. This company has always delivered on the date they have given to me and always has given me a call around 30 mins befor making it to my door. I will be using this company again. Thanks for everything.

Absolutely awful experience. Worst company I have ever had misfortune of dealing with.

Ordered bike shed online. Very poor quality shed arrived with missing parts. Contacted company straight away. Emails ignored. Eventually a very aggressive male phoned me. Told me he was aware product was 'flimsy' & 'poor quality'.
After asking for a refund I was told I 'clearly have personal problems' & need to 'get a life'.

Edited to add: (after more unpleasantness), I have since sent photographic evidence & documents to credit card company to investigate. Found in my favour with merchant given time to dispute (until 15th August 2021)

Business owner seemed to think I wanted to have my refund via credit card company & keep the product which is completely untrue. As he has now named me online stating this I now have to add to this review be even more careful dealing with this company.

I have stated from beginning I have no wish to keep shed however as it is over 800miles round trip I would not agree to be held responsible for returning the shed & with consumer advice have been waiting for the merchant to arrange collection. This has now after many unpleasant emails, attempts at phone calls & myself having to hire a representative to deal with the extreme unpleasantness, hopefully been arranged. Unfortunately I have felt so threatened I have now sought police advice regarding the collection as I am on my own in a rural location with disabled children.

No issues with the product however the service from the point of purchase to delivery was appalling. Received text message from the company confirming the order but after this there was no further communication from company nor was there any notification of delivery date despite the order confirmation message stating I would be contacted prior to the order being shipped. Following a very problematic delivery I contacted the company and spoke to Tom. Company took no responsibility for issues or the fact that there had been no further contact from them following the order confirmation and payment; they gave the reason as volume of orders stating that they had approximately 120 pallets going out per day and they blamed it on the courier company. Will not be using again.

From looking around their store to my furniture being delivered I could not recommend them enough. The store has so many styles to choose from, the owner couldn’t have been any more helpful and the delivery guys were so professional. I will definitely be going back to order my outdoor dining furniture soon!! Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Please be careful with this company. They take an order, send you an email with a deliver date (via DHL in this case). I then find the product has not even been despatched. I try to phone them and they are not answering the phone..I think in legal terms this is mispresentation. I scheduled the work on the basis of an email with a delivery date - I now have to cancel the work. Not happy.

Great product. You'll need someone handy with a screwdriver to assemble. Sturdy and looks fab. We painted ours in a natural stone colour with bar and roof trims in dark brown.

Ordered 2 siesta bars instead of one got a phone call to double check my order when I told them it was a mistake on my part they were really nice about it even though it caused them inconvenience spoke to a lovely gentleman excellent customer service
