We have been working with IndusNet for more than a year now. We have hired them for various php/MySQL projects and website SEO. They always provided us with very skilled resources to work on our projects. The team is highly responsive and is always available via email or Skype to discuss the projects requirements and design. Overall we are very satisfied and are continuing to work with them on our projects.

This company did start off well and completed some tasks appropriately, however, once mistakes were being made, they a) did not admit to them and became defensive and b) started asking for more money in order to fix their own mistakes. Company made promises that they could not keep, as well as lied about their abilities to implement elearning course. Very basic abilities.

They will make promises that they cannot keep just to be able to get your money. I've had to dispute payment with paypal, and they even lied to paypal in order to try and win their case. Very disappointing. Make sure you get everything in writing with this company and save all your emails.

Do not work with them.

I started a project with them, it should have been completed in 3-4 months. I have paid 75% or more of the total project and its now 18 months and I have to be constantly emailing them and asking for updates. I have over 8 years of working experience in this field, and they are definitely the worst. They can have good quality, but what is the quality if you never finish? I am writing this review, with hope that Indusnet will take my project seriously.

It is so much I can say that I don't know how to start. All I can say, is that during all this time period I have gotten many excuses, the main one being that "developer got ill", and that they are getting "new developer" to take over. It has happened 4-5 times already, and I am having to repeat myself over and over. Painful.

I hope this review helps anyone to avoid making the same mistake I made.
