Excellent Service
Ordered some pointing material for my patio from Industrial Coatings which was easy and painless and my order was delivered quickly.
However, a slight issue with the colour. A quick call o explain my predicament and I had a call back from their business development manager the next day who dealt with the issue quickly and without fuss, good old fashioned customer service at its best.
I will be ordering from Industrial Coatings again.

Just awful
Just awful. Waited weeks then told shipping for a small bag is over £40., they had my address ect when I ordered. Time lost on job is worse than financial loss.

My colleague did also email you to advise that your address in Perthshire is sadly outside our free delivery area and to discuss options available with you. Avoid this company.
Placed an order on their website.
They amended my order and sent me something different. I raised this with them and sent them a photo of the invoice they had hand amended with the incorrect product delivered and they said they'd send the correct item that I originally ordered.
They did not ever send the correct item.
Have since had to buy from elsewhere.
