Make sure you understand what you need
There were three issues with my experience
1) The light fixtures did not come with the required Canopy Suspension Mounts, so I had to order them separately resulting in project delay.
2) The item was supposed to ship same day, and I paid for priority shipping. It did not ship until the day after, and was delivered 2 days after the estimated date.
3) The canopies do not cover a stander ceiling box, so now my electrician needs to find a different cover plate.
Overall, three separate orders, three separate electrician trips.

After reviewing our records, we only show one order associated with your information, which was for the Canopy Suspension Mount. We do not see any additional orders in our system.
Regarding the canopy mount, the Canopy Suspension Kit is designed to mount the Up/Down Linear Pendant Light and other suspended light fixtures to a junction box. To help customers determine whether the product will work for their specific application, we provide a complete dimensional drawing on the product page for review prior to purchase.
We also reviewed the shipping details for your order and found that it was placed on Friday, June 12, and shipped the same day via USPS. A shipping confirmation was sent to the confirmed email address on file and it contained the assigned USPS tracking number. We apologize for any confusion regarding expedited shipping; however, we do not currently offer an expedited USPS shipping option. If a faster delivery timeframe is needed in the future, we recommend selecting UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air at checkout.
We understand your frustration if the product did not fit your application as intended. If you no longer need the item, we do offer a 45-day return policy and can provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.

Accurate delivery status needed
I ordered three items. Two of the three arrived, including a waybill stating the shipment contained three items. I was confused. Later to learn that the third item (the actual fixture), is still pending delivery. Delivery status was not clearly communicated which led to confusion, we led changes in schedule.

Our records show that your order was shipped from our warehouse on May 29 via USPS Standard Delivery. The order was sent in two separate packages:
The 4 ft. wraparound light fixture shipped separately.
The bracket and sensor were shipped together.
According to the tracking information, the bracket and sensor package was successfully delivered on June 1. The second package containing the 4 ft. wraparound light fixture is currently in transit and is scheduled for delivery on Saturday, June 6.
When orders ship in multiple packages, it is possible for the shipments to become separated while moving through the carrier's network, resulting in different delivery dates.
We also recommend reviewing the tracking numbers that were emailed to you when your order shipped, as those tracking links will provide the most up-to-date delivery status and transit information available from USPS.
