We were able to find the right relief valve after being told the current brand we had was obsolete. Our customer rep was super helpful and got us a replacement valve quickly.

BAIT AND SWITCH
I placed an order for an item and paid for it in advance. I then received an email stating that there had been a "slight" price increase ($504 to $789). I called and was rudely informed that if I wanted the item then I'd have to pay the difference....they didn't care one way or the other. Bait and switch company. Do not order from them!!!

Shady Bait and Switch Tactics
I placed an order for an item that was shown as in stock with a reasonable price, but after ordering they contacted me to inform me the price would actually be almost 20% HIGHER than advertised, with a 2-3 week lead time! These are clear bait and switch tactics, any reputable organization would HONOR the pricing. SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely horrible experience with…
Absolutely horrible experience with this company. They sent a broken pump. They refused to honor their posted return policy. Had to file a chargeback against them with credit card. Avoid them, they have horrible customer service and are the worst to work with.

We would not send a broken pump to any customer. Unfortunately, the pump was broken in transit via UPS. In order to ship a replacement or refund any claims, we must file a damage claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, it takes time as an investigation is conducted by UPS. Customer got their money back.
