This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are a total scam once you use them once. They will continue to bill you no matter how many times you try and cancel. The account exec Matt totally ghosted me and nobody responds to calls, texts or emails. DO NOT use this company. I had to cancel recurring payments with AMEX.

I would not recommend industry recruiters to anyone. BEWARE of signing up, they will continue charging you even after you request to cancel multiple times. The quality of candidates is awful, and don’t meet any of the qualifications I outlined. And even after multiple attempts to get a hold of a real person I always get rerouted to Ellie an AI bot that can’t help with anything. DONT SIGN UP

My intention was to just gather the AI information and implement it by myself. But this is a community filled with like minded people, novices or individuals who want to progress.
One great thing about the offers that they are accredited industry certification backed up by some of the most credible organisations who also work with them. This should tell you that they are working for the win-win outcomes.
I hope to be one of their advocates & key supporters if they will have me. ;-) ;-) However, it is apparent that it will serve me better to be an early adopter to serve the industry I'm in to effectively and to be aware of changes as they occur.

Working with Matt at industry recruiter was a really positive experience with a personal touch. Matt took the time to speak to me to find out my exact needs before he went on a search to find a good fit candidate. Within a couple of days Matt produced a candidate whom he thought would be a good fit. We scheduled an interview & I got a new hire whom we are really excited about. So far this has been beneficial. There are the general interviews that the candidates don't show up for, but that is the difficulty we face at these times.

hired 3 people and some good people at first glance they have been training this week and doing well. Very quick to respond and get interviews arranged.

Immediate results with both applicant flow and conversions to new hires.

Generally very good. I would be great to get a bit more candidate information when an interview is scheduled; position they will be interviewing for, their phone number, etc. Right now we only receive the candidate name, email and the outlet to which they are interviewing. If we have numerous requests out it can get confusing.

Also it would be nice to add a few additional questions to the request form to narrow down the type of candidates we are seeking.

Industry has been a great tool for our company, providing us with qualified candidates, they are quick to respond to questions, and inquiries. Overall pleased with their services.
