WORST WORST WORST service
Indus Valley provides the worst service for its customers. They delivered damaged triply sauce pan and they dont refund the money properly. Inspite of following the issue from day 1 , they dont credit back your money. Once paid is paid, you wont get your money back if your even receive the broken product. THE WORST service i have seen in recent times.
I brought 6 dining chairs and 2 bar stools via furniture village back in August. 4 chairs and 2 stools were damaged- a combination of poor joins on the crushed velvet and looking like a beaver has manufactured the chair and stool legs. Baring in mind it is now November we are basically acting as a storage facility for Indus/ FV until someone actually bothers to collect the items from us- there has been no phone calls and I'm appalled at the lack of service. We are looking at going through the small claims court for loss of amenity as we can't get in to our lounge because it's being used as a storage facility- so therefore avoid Indus products through Furniture Village, as neither party takes responsibility when it goes wrong.
