I bought a pair of the gold John Lennon glasses with curl tips. driving filter varifocal lenses, The quality of the frame and lenses has been brilliant for the last 2 years. Richard was very helpful with taking the details of my prisms.

I have been using this Company for several years now, and can safely say that they are the most knowledgeable and helpful Optical lens experts in their field. their advice on the best lenses, be it varifocal or standard, is invaluable. They actually supply lenses for major opticians, and keep their prices low, as it is rather like going to a wholesaler, because they actually make the lenses. They have a stall at various Vintage Fairs, and having met them several times I can say that they have so much passion and enthusiasm for vintage style eyewear. Nothing is too much for them, and they love to chat and help you with your exact requirements. Their turnaround time is quicker than High St opticians too. In the unlikely event that your glasses are unsuitable, they will rectify this without fuss. As you may guess I am a great fan!

I have now ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Ineedspex - both time Richard has taken the time to call me, check my prescription and confirm my order. The glasses arrive quickly, to the correct prescription and are very affordable. This is one of those rare companies that are very good at what they do, are friendly and you can actually talk to someone if you need to. I highly recommend them.

What a fantastic service from Ineedspex. I went into many high street retailers looking to get lens replacement in my Ray Ban glasses and sunglasses as my lens had changed, all informed me that this was not possible. I found Ineedspex by complete accident and received a very courteous and friendly call from Richard who talked me through all of the options. My glasses were returned to me today and I could not be more happy. I will definitely be using Ineedspex in the future. Great customer service, speedy service and offering what the high street claim they cant!

I wanted a pair of Victorian glasses for a stage production that I was in. Everything is a bit blurry on stage without my own glasses so these needed to be to my prescription . I sent a copy to iNeedSpex. There was a minor problem with it so iNeedSpex contacted my optician and sorted it out. I still received my glasses in just a few days. They have been brilliant! I have been able to see clearly on stage and many of the cast have commented on how good they look......all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!!

Excellent service, good value route to getting prescription glasses. Much cheaper than traditional High Street opticians, you are buying direct from the manufacturer. Plenty of styles from which to chose. You will question why some frames and styles are so expensive elsewhere. Thoroughly recommended.

I only have one hesitation in describing what a good find this company is and that is they will become too popular! Wonderful personal service and they go out of their way to help. Great vintage glasses too.

Wanted replacement lenses, what I got was broken frames sent back to me. No refund and a broken pair of Oakley frames. Customer service was diabolical. Avoid like the plague, there are better and cheaper replacement lens makers out there.

Ordered prescription sunglasses online and phoned (0800 number) to request strength of tint.
Was informed delivery would be within a week - so was amazed when they arrived just 2 days later !!
The glasses (Carducci designer CD1010) are excellent quality (and less than half the price elsewhere).
Certainly makes a change from the poor quality / slow delivery from Pakistan 'service' offered by some online retailers.
Highly recommended.
