I recently purchased a grave vase & base from Inerra online, it is the first time I had used them or indeed heard of them but from start to finish (only 3 days in total from placing the order to receipt) I had no problems at all. I only had cause to speak to one member of staff (just a general query) but the man was very friendly, professional & helpful. Now that the item has been received I am very pleasantly surprised as I didn't expect it to be as nice as it is for the price, larger & much heavier than I was expecting. I can also safely say that Inerra's goods are extremely competively priced, I had searched many sites online & found them to be much more expensive for the exact same item. As I say, I am a new customer but will use them again & will not hesitate to recommend them

Had a few issues with my delivery but not the company’s fault it was Royal Mail, customer service was brilliant and the issue was sorted quickly, good received, good value and good service

Items I ordered arrived super quick. The four white and pink chrysanthemum pots I ordered are lovely, very full. The orange roses and white lilies, although lovely, are not so full. Very good value for money. Hopefully they look as good after the winter.
