I did buy Microsoft Publisher 2021 from them, it took many days to get the download link and the activation key, When I finally got it, it was for Office 2021 and the activation key was not valid, Lost $88, do not buy from them.

Avoid this mop.
These people are real scammers, and your money will go down the drain.
They never respond if you have any issues, and they take your money and disappear.
Please be careful.

Two months after I bought the “Genuine Office, Lifetime License for 1 PC,” I experienced a problem with Outlook. I tried to get support from Infinite-Itech without any success. Trying to repair Outlook by myself, I uninstalled and re-installed the program a few times. The Office product key has stopped working, and it was blocked by Microsoft because it was pirated.
Judge yourself if Infinite-Itech is a reliable seller.

Fantastic overall service. Scott diagnosed the problem with my work laptop (failed hard-drive) within a few hours of the initial phone call and had the required replacement parts ordered and fitted within a very tight timeframe. My machine is now back up and running like nothing ever happened to it. I highly recommend his services to anyone having hardware or software issues.

I had some issues trying to upgrade my memory, once installed the system would not boot up and I was unable to remove it again.
I reached out and we agreed on a price to remove the memory, which was a good price and to be done within a few hours.
The chap came out, he was very friendly and enjoyable to chat too while getting some advice. He finished the job and inface got my memory working too so even better.

I got in touch with Scott as my computer was overheating. Scott was able to find that my hard drive was the problem and replaced it for me. His communication was very efficient and I was kept in the loop with everything that was happening. Overall a great and friendly experience and I would highly recommend to anyone!

what can i say i recently purchased a newly refurbished laptop from scott @ Infinitech.
So happy with what i recived, what i can only describe as amazing condition. Fully functional and the battery life is also as good as new. Also at a small cost compared to the highstreet / internet prices and comes with 12mth peace of mind warranty and tech support from the team.

I had come to terms with losing ALL my data on my Mac. A corrupted hard drive meant I could not use it or even access anything on it. I watched multiple online videos of how to possibly retrieve my files but nothing would work. I contacted Scott at Infinitech and the next day had a phone call to say that all my files had been retrieved without damage and my Mac was ready to use again.
It honestly meant the world to me. Scott is a true miracle worker!
