Item arrived smelling strongly of petroleum. Return policy states it may only be returned in original, unopened packaging....how can you determine if a product is defective if it is unopened?

Total junk product. Didn't work and then customer service was awol. Would never buy anything from this company. Buyer beware

Ordered some v-neck tshirts, order took weeks without hearing back from them. Finally heard back after several emails and they stated they did not have the shirts in my size but could send me different size in a crew neck and give me a discount. I accepted and when shirts arrived some had permanent marker writing on them. Another had been stitched on the inside from a tear. How does a package of supposed new shirts arrive like this. I would never do business with this company again and advise others to steer clear also.

Ordered the wrong item; never used. Requested a return that was rejected indicating that I had opened the package. In addition, was told that if I wanted to take the chance of returning and having them accept the return that I would need to pay for the return shipping.
In addition, I tried contacting this outfit 3 times before I got this reply. Obviously not customer focused. Now I sit here with something I cannot use.

Ordered item and it took weeks to come. When it did, it was obviously used. I requested a return and refund immediately - no reply from company. Requested again a few days later - no response. Don't order from this company!!
