Denied my claim after 12 years of been loyal to them.

I had infinity since I was 18. Now that I'm 30 I was hit by a trailer been hauled in the opposite direction by another driver in a white truck. I t was a small street so I merged to the side to let teh truck & trailer pass by. Well the driver who seemsd a little drunk was driving in the middle of the small street instead of on his side and teh Trailer hit my Altima. It dented the fender and hood. I took pictures and had all the evidence showing it was the other drivers fault. Turns out he had infinity as well. I thought it was going to be a walk in the park since I've been with them for 12 years. Turn out they denied coverage. I was told this in these exact words. "yeah we don't cover the trailer only the truck. Since you were hit by the trailer we can't cover it. And let's not get stated on who's at fault here cuz that's not relevant" I just couldnt believe all, these years they took my money then denied me.

I am only giving a 1 because they don’t…

I am only giving a 1 because they don’t have any area for -10. They are horrible, the worst I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of driving, on May 14, 2020 a Company Van they insured ran a red light hitting my husband & I with such force it totaled our truck, luckily we were not injured by the Grace of God. The driver gave his statement claiming all responsibility, & we have an eyewitness, who Infinity Insurance claims,” we could have made up”, we had to mail them a copy of the officer’s video cam & we sent it certified & someone signed for it June 18th, to the adjuster’s attn & claim # on it & today is June 24th & they can’t find the certified letter, go figure. Now we will be taking them to court & I left out the fact they tried to use our Insurance to file a claim on a dent in the rear light on their vehicle! They are not efficient nor do they do the right moral thing! Please for your sake, DO NOT USE INFINITY INSURANCE company

Infinity Kemper - more like Infinite BS!

They are awful. I was in a hurry to get insurance for my husband's DMV appointment and they came in lowest for most coverage on a comparison site... Let me tell you, wish I had looked further before calling them.

I barely got to the point of signing because their web services are so incredibly buggy and poor. They charged me 198 and couldn't even get me supporting documents to the policy. All I ever got was an automated email with a policy number that their website doesn't recognize as valid. No one answers the phone and they routinely hang up on you after you've been on hold forever. Tech support couldn't help me get into my account or find a record of the policy. After a few days of this totally unacceptable hot potato, I found better coverage for less and signed with another company. When I called to cancel with Infinity Kemper, no one was in ON ANY OF THEIR NUMBERS - what if you needed to file a claim on the weekend? Mind-blowingly bad. Since I hadn't been able to reach any branch of their company except the unhelpful tech services since signing, I disputed the charge on my card and emailed asking them to cancel.

They emailed back 4 whole days later saying they can't cancel the policy in the first 60 days unless certain conditions are met... and "Services not rendered" is not one they recognize! I've responded with one they say they do recognize (duplicate coverage) but if prior experience is any indication, going to keep on having to slogging through BS with this BS company.

They only want your money and have zero interest in earning it with any semblance of customer service once they get that! Stay far, far away from them if you value your peace.

Do yourself a big favor and avoid this company if at all possible!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Its a nightmare even if you have to make a payment by phone!! Automated system SUCKS!! And a representative is NOT allowed to help you!! It took me 2 days just to get someone on the phone. And on hold for over an hour!!! Fortunately I only have 1 payment left with this company and will have my agent find me a different company for my insurance needs!! Even if it costs a little more!!! It will be worth it!!!

I would do 0 stars

I would do 0 stars, worse insurance ever, wish I would’ve known this before, but will make sure to inform everyone I know of how bad my experience was, i had a car accident, had someone else drive a quick moment because I wasn’t feeling too well, We were at a street where there was no stop sign for anyone, a car was coming pretty fast and hit us while already on the intersection, they decided to cover their selves only and said they’d take care of their car so I decided to contact this “Insurance” we got unfortunately, for help, and right away we wouldn’t give us information right away, gave us the run around, would say they would let me know what was going on and never did, they pressured us into responding to what they wanted only in order to not cover for us only for the other car, I have never had any accidents But I feel cheated, I should’ve just lied but we were trying to be honest, they called my dad which is on my policy and kept pressuring him into telling them my partner was living with us, he wasn’t living with us so I didn’t think he needed to be, he travels a lot and is usually at his moms (didn’t think I had to explain my personal life to my car insurance) because also he never really drives my car, so after many years of having them they just turned their back and found every way of turning on us instead of helping, they didn’t even check who was at fault.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL SCAM!!

This company is complete garbage and total rip off artists. I had a policy with them, then switched a new policy with another company. However, after FOUR months, they are STILL charging me for the cancelled policy. I was told the policy was cancelled and that they had issued me a refund check (that would take THREE weeks to arrive) but then wouldn't you know it, they charged me AGAIN for May!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO CHARGE YOU WHEN YOU DONT EVEN HAVE A POLICY ANYMORE!!

They sent a balance of $60.28 to debt collections...

They sent a balance of $60.28 to debt collections during the COVID-19 pandemic!

I thought my policy with Infinity Auto Insurance was finally closed and the balance was paid in full at the beginning of 2020. And I was glad to be rid of them.

I logged on to check my credit report on Credit Karma on 05/28/2020 and discovered my score dropped 22 points. I damn near had a heart attack. Once I investigated further; I found out it was the crooks over at Infinity Auto Insurance conducting shady business practices.

They said they sent out a letter which I never got, and no one attempted to even call or send an email letting me know what was going on.

I also never received a letter or call from the collections agency. Keep in mind, on my report, it says the collection was opened in March when the pandemic started to get into full swing.

I'm absolutely reeling at the services from both of these companies. I can only imagine what other fees the debt collections company might've tacked had I waited just a few more days to check my credit score. I'm highly upset they tried something so underhanded during a pandemic that has killed over 100,000 people in the U.S.—Over $60.28 at that.

They can go straight to hell.

Customer service is NOT their priority

I've had this insurance company for a little over 6 months. i set the insurance up for my son. Name is on CC and on the signature page. YES the insurance is under my sons name. I wanted to check to see were i can cut back during the Covid-19 and all i got was they couldn't tell me anything about the policy because its not under my name....okay then they gave me a number to call (all on chat) I called the number and again said the same thing....well today i go new insurance after paying my premium with infinity. i Canceled the insurance and got a new one. I suggest everyone to do the same thing. customer service was awful. if we needed the insurance during this time im concerned my claim would not be handled correctly. being the chat and phone call was not satisfactory.

Infinity is the worst insurance company…

Infinity is the worst insurance company (even Fred Loya was better). I had an accident on February 18. The adjuster (Brian) kept ignoring us. I talked to the supervisor (Anthony) and he would just lie to us. They finally towed the vehicle to a shop on March 17 (They get to choose the shop by the way). But they wouldn't fix it. We filed a complaint with the California Insurance commissioner. Infinity insurance then said that they would pay for the car since this was a total loss (March 30). They had us sign the DMV release and sent it back. Now they won't answer our calls or emails. Note that now is May second. I think it's time to call the California Insurance Commissioner once again. My advice to you: Pay a little extra money and get a good insurance company.

I should have read these reviews first

I should have read these reviews first. We have been reduced to one income due to the covid situation. Our last payment automatic payment(due the end of March) unfortunately, bounced. Since my husband is an essential worker and, still has to drive, I did everything I could and, luckily was able to come up with payment 4 days later. Today, when the payment came out I noticed it was higher. I logged onto the acct to see the we were charged a $42.00 fee!! It may not seem like much to some but, right now, during this time, we need every penny! Time to switch. Especially, after reading these reviews.. and paying that fee

The worst insurance ever

The worst insurance ever! I got into a car accident and my car was a total loss. I made my claim with infinity, and they did nothing to help. It has been 5 months since the accident and still nothing. I signed the car over to them, but still no payout. After all the payments I made to them, nothing. To prove how heartless they are, they even canceled all of my family from our policy we had together, along with the unresolved insurance claim. This company doesn’t care about its customers.

Honestly the worst auto insurance…

Honestly the worst auto insurance company I have ever dealt with. They do not seem like they care about you or value you as a customer at all. All they care about is that your monthly payment goes through or your policy isn't active. I called in this morning and spoke to a woman with a language barrier. I have been notified due to COVID-19 some insurances were doing discounts/extensions on payments. I have been working from home for WEEKS. I do not even drive my car as we have been notified to stay home. I asked about a discount and was told they are not doing anything like that. I then asked about an extension, my mom and I pay $456 together and that isn't a cheap monthly payment. She proceeded to tell me that if I wanted my policy to stay active I had to make my full payment and there was nothing she could do for me. If I were unemployed and not even receiving unemployment I would find this as a big slap in the face for someone who pays their monthly payment on time every month. Saving money, you get what you get. If you were thinking about choosing this company for an auto insurer, I would think twice and spend a little more to be treated like a value customer.

Infinity Auto Insurance - Fraud.

On December 25th, I was rear-ended by a driver who is insured by Infinity Auto. I was making a right turn and was hit from behind by a driver who was not paying any attention to the road. The driver got out of his car to make sure I was not hurt, which I wasn't. I felt bad for the guy, he was distraught. I told him insurance would handle it. He gave me his insurance information and I took photos of both of our cars. He didn't ask for my insurance nor did he take any photos of the scene.

I have since learned he's decided to hire a person injury attorney. The story he's telling is completely fabricated and entirely impossible given the damage to my car.

If the other driver was injured or thought I was at fault, you would think he would ask for my insurance and / or take photos? He did neither.

He only decided to hire a personal injury attorney after I filed my claim.

It was an open-and-shut case and this guy, with the help of Infinity Auto Insurance, has turned the situation into a nightmare. I have called Infinity Auto Insurance (and the adjuster) repeatedly since and have yet to hear back from him. Yet, I continue to receive paperwork from Infinity Auto Insurance in the mail stating that I am "unreachable" and they "see no liability on the part of [their] insured."

It's a joke.

I would like the opportunity to speak with Infinity Auto Insurance, if only I could get them to return my calls. I am absolutely confident that their driver is at fault. The situation is black and white.

After reading every review on this website, I see this is a consistent pattern for them. This company seems to be fraudulent. If necessary, I will have to elevate this to the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate authorities.
