Verification began with a driving licence and proof of address, both accepted according to email

The next morning the account wanted the address document again. I uploaded a newer statement

The agent copied a link to the same conflicting pages, then closed the conversation while I was still typing

I only used it for two short sessions. After that, account pages felt like separate systems. not a disaster, but not a smooth casino experience either. That tiny mismatch made the whole account harder to trust 😒.
