Would not recommend!

Would not recommend. Travel pillow is soft and does not provide any meaningful neck support so is not worth the price at all. The company also know that the cost to return the product to HK from the UK is prohibitive (about £20) and there is also a 15% processing fee so you end up at quite a loss!

Beware of return policy with excessive restocking fee

We took my son’s family on vacation. The kids and I had these pillows. I could not get enough neck support but the kids did fine. The real issue is the kids inability to roll the pillow up to exit the plane. If not rolled tightly the center pops out. So I ordered a new one and received a free canvas bag which would replace the strap. Getting their pillow in the bag (not the new one I ordered) was not any easier. The new pillow was not taken out of the packaging.

I requested a return and we packed the unopened pillow in its original packaging WITH the canvas bag. I received a text indicating since I did not return the canvas bag I would be charged for it. I complained because it was included. So they would make a one time exception and return my money. So I received $44. for a $55 purchase. When I questioned the reduced amount they indicated there is a restocking fee of 20% for a brand new, resaleable unopened product. A 20% restocking fee is excessive and feels like a scam. The pillow does not give an adult proper neck support and takes up way to much room in your carryon or tote bag.

They refunded after a one star review.

I have updated to three stars because they have processed a refund. They knew the shipping would be too high, to make it worth returning... But after I posted the one star 🌟 review they acquiesced, and sent through the refund immediately....go figure hey..... Let them know before buying.... Their products may be good, I might have got a bad one.... Just don't let them try to play you.
