Gorgeous products and incredible customer service. My engagement ring had lost a tiny band stone after a few months of wear and they went above and beyond to repair it quickly (1 week!) and at no cost to me. Really appreciate their communication and attention to detail when restoring my ring to brand new condition. Would absolutely recommend them!

Really good quality product. Good communications. They put extra Mother’s Day cards in the box for me. That was very thoughtful. I will definitely buy the ring for the same design later on.

Royal Mail claimed to have delivered my parcel but clearly never did. But that’s beside the point on how bad Royal Mail are. The customer service I have received since contacting infinityxinfinity about the issue has been second to none and they have gone above and beyond to ensure my item is delivered before Xmas. Potentially the best customer service team ever.

Had trouble with royal mail getting the delivery wrong, however InfinityXInfinity were a great help couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Great customer service, replaced an oversized ring with a smaller size without any issues and quick and professional service.

I placed an order and I had issues with Royal Mail with a lost parcel. I have never before and likely will never see again the level of effort put in by this company to rectify the situation, clearly hours spent on their end to deal with Royal Mail’s brick wall and actually come to a resolution. The company was regular with updates, and then to top it off, helped me pick a ring for my significant other.

It’s exceedingly rare you’ll ever find attention to detail and care to the level of this company and I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for jewellery for any occasion, this is the only vendor that makes sense to me. Thankyou 😊

Great quality items, fair prices and outstanding customer service.

Bought a white gold ring for my girlfriend and it looks and feels excellent. Moreover, the owner was a lovely guy and extremely helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

I've bought a pair of earrings for my girlfriend. Got a good discount through my work, so cannot complain on price at all. Jewellery looks quite good, I'm not an expert or even remotely know what I'm looking at but looks good to me. Delivery was very quick also. The only issue I have is the packaging. It looks cheap. Tacky and came damaged. The pouch it comes in is an alright touch but is way too big for earrings that came in a little seal bag. I would say to infinityxinfinity that it would be better for earrings or rings to come in a smaller pouch or quite simply, one of those small jewellery boxes. Apart from that though I recommend this product I would probably buy again

Fantastic service all round. I've made 3 orders now and never been let down. Product quality is perfect. Customer service is perfect. Delivery time within 24 / 48 hours perfect. Get your orders in people you won't be disappointed. I'll be back to order some more soon. If I could ask only 1 thing - get some mens items on the site please. I was satisfied with the service, the jewelry and the fast delivery. The thing that put me off was the packaging and the way it was presented. It just looks cheap and not suitable as a gift in my opinion.

Well, what can I say; I've rarely experienced such amazing and responsive customer service! They certainly put any big chain to shame, and a wouldn't hesitate to order from them again with 100% confidence!

Jewellery was very nice, and a great price. Had a minor issue, but the owner of the company personally called me to resolve. Very nice touch. Things like that make you want to go back.
