They made this easier than the print shops that print advertising cards and handouts. Easy peasy and that’s as honest as I can say it . Fast shipping, fast service and the communication that made this happen they made quick and easy. The quality of the product is exceptional as well.
They responded to my request within minutes. I had a mockup made the same day I contacted them. I’ve never had a company made having a custom made item so easy. My inflatable is just like the mock up. Beyond satisfied with the purchase and ordering process.
We are not easily satisfied at times, however, they worked with us when designing the 'perfect' display tirelessly and spontaneously made adjustments with a quality and professionalism that impressed even us. I can truly with a clear conscience, highly recommend their services. If any recommendation for improvement is warranted..shipping time could be improved. Yes, we were anxious for our order so taking that in consideration, we would order from them again.

Thank you so much! We really appreciate your feedback and recommendation.
This is an absolutely amazing experience working with this company. I’m not gonna lie. I was one of those people that was skeptical at first seeing an ad on Facebook especially when I’m running a small business and I was just starting out and wanted something to grab everybody’s attention, but the company was so amazing to work with the people were so nice and very helpful. I did probably 10 mock ups before I decided to say that’s the one it was here within a week, fully customized with my business logo on it. The customer service experience was amazing. The gentleman called me and answered my questions for me, but didn’t hassle me about anything. They weren’t pushy and they made sure I was happy with everything before they hit the button to create the blowup. I’ve actually thought about ordering another one because I’m thinking about a second location if you’re thinking about it or you’re debating a whether or not they’re real I can promise you yes they are and anybody that wants to see mine. I’m more than happy to take a picture and send it to them.

Thank you so much! We truly appreciate your trust and kind words. We’re glad you love your inflatable!
I worked at this company for two weeks. The owner is a scammer. Working conditions were unbearable, and the stated salary did not match reality. They promised to pay me for the time I worked but paid nothing and blocked me.
Never received the pump. And no one picks up the phone or answers emails.
They tell you you can get a warranty for one year on the inflatable but there's nothing that it covers so it was all crap of the mouth. Then I tell them I need a replacement arm and they're telling me that it's going to cost me $100 for two arms or $50 for one arm that is absolutely crazy I could see $25 but $50 is out of control. Once you start complaining about something they stop responding they stop replying they are not willing to help you please be aware of this company. They charged over $700 for their smallest float and there's no benefit from it I'm sure anywhere else if you were to buy an inflatable you wouldn't even see close to that amount...
TOTAL SCAM!! Do not for any reason give these scum one dollar. Once your deposit is sent all communications stop.
Its been 2 months and they no longer answer my calls nor msges complete scam stay stay away iv emailed msges and called and no answer
I'm giving a 1 star because there isn't a lower option. I paid them for my inflatable more than 2 months ago. I have recieved nothing and they will not respond on facebook, email or answer my calls.
The delivery took about 14 days, which was pretty reasonable. I'm really happy with the inflatable figure – it turned out great! I absolutely love it.
They are in CHINA. The quality is ok for coming from overseas. It will take a lot longer than you expect. They are terrible at responding. If you are not wanting to do business with China and/or desire better quality and faster service please go elsewhere.
Soon as they received payment they cut off all communication. I can’t get a hold of them and it’s been over 3 weeks. They are scammers!!!
This company will respond all the way until they tell you that your order is shipped in my case it was April 8th that it was supposedly shipped out it is now April 19th still no inflatable I have made several attempts to contact them for a tracking number via ups they will not responded to messages through messenger on fb to email or pick up the phone on the number they have listed so I made a new fb to inquire about another inflatable and guess what they responded so when I asked where my inflatable is at that they supposedly shipped they told me all they know is it has been shipped and still couldn’t provide a tracking number stay away from this company they are a scam !
