I give one star for that the order was delivered on time, the product looks like having good quality, and the customer support, even it's just an email address you have to write to, was quite prompt and answered my questions.
First response was something like "the shipping cost is too high. why don't you consider gifting your item to a friend?", and, after the second email, insisting to give me a cost estimation for my return, they sent me a very long address from China and said: "you'll need to contact your local post office for specific shipping costs."

WARNING:
As a client from USA, I would not recommend ordering from this website because the returning process is too risky; if you need to return an item, you have to pack it and send it to an obscure address in China, and even if you do that, besides having you to pay the shipping cost, you'll never know if the package will ever be returned, so the worst scenario would be to have your item shipped back to China and the company to tell you they didn't get your package so no money back for you.

I did my mistake ordering and not informing myself in advance about the returning process. That's why I post this review for others to be more aware.

I ordered a hoodie from Inflation’s online shop three months ago and paid by credit card. The item still hasn’t arrived — apparently lost somewhere between China and Germany. Inflation refuses to refund the amount to my credit card and instead expects me to investigate where the package went. Absolutely outrageous! I’ve also told them I can’t call their premium-rate number, but that was completely ignored. This is not what customer service should look like. I strongly advise against ordering from Inflation.

I ordered a hoodie and jeans together. Paid for both and only received the hoodie. Only reason it’s not a one star is because I actually really like the hoodie. Just tragic I didn’t get to try the pants

Purchased an expensive sweater for my son. The sizing was off and I inquired with customer service to make a return. I was told by the customer service agent that the shipping fee back to China is too expensive and to instead give the sweater away as a gift! I will never order from them again. It was waste of money.

It takes too long to deliver

Hi I made my order with your site until today I did not succeed in my order because your delivery man got the wrong address since I made my statement there is no follow-up to my problem I am disappointed to have dealt with the case with your sales site

the sizing chart is not accurate for u.s buyers , said size L would fit from heights 5'8 to 5'11 and it was very small

Ive ordered from inflation multiple times and the clothes always turn out great very recommended.

Clothes are good but I ordered them a while ago and they still haven't come

I bought blue denim jeans from inflation, and they are great, i love the aesthetic and they shipped within 7 days they looked just like how they did in the images so I recommend inflation especially for jeans.

I emailed a couple times asking where my package was and no response took a few days to ship out.

got told that my hoodie was 100% cotton, it was 68% polyester and only 32% cotton

This isn’t the first order I’ve had from inflation. It always turns out great, great material, great design. The shipping takes awhile but it is totally worth the wait I plan to style this every way possible thank you inflation.

took too long to ship and has been sitting in the shipping place for a week really bad service it said it sould ship within 48 hours.

It takes a lot of time for clothes to come home. We are still Washington for two hoodies.
