I signed up for a free 14-day trial to…

I signed up for a free 14-day trial to check out the company (supposedly a $37/month charge after trial period ends) and my credit card was immediately charged $497. I had to go through several high-priced "offers" which I had refused. There is no invoice for this exorbitant charge on my Influencer Soft account. I contacted support and have not heard a response yet. I do not trust this company and I do not appreciate the high-priced upsells before I have even had a chance to try the product. This is no way to run a business and gain your customer's trust! My credit card is now frozen and I will have to cancel my card to ensure this company does not try to charge me without my express permission. This "free trial" has been an absolute nightmare.
