Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. The return system is deliberately broken. Their website return form doesn’t work, so when you reach out to the company, saying hey, I haven’t heard from you, they say 1) too late, 2) our policy is very clear. The description of the shoe size did not specify UK, therefore it’s .5 of a difference and I am out $177 dollars. The absolute worse and their employees don’t think much of them either. Go read the GlassDoor reviews and avoid!

Returns Policy
Deliberately ambiguous wording on website with regards to returns policy. Free returns are not provided. Even for items that are sized incorrectly, after significant pushback and complaints to customer service.
