I am writing to express my serious…

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the persistent issues I am experiencing with your inventory management software. Specifically, I am unable to update product pricing through the platform, and the system frequently becomes unresponsive during the update process. As a result, my pricing is not being correctly reflected on my online stores, leading to significant financial losses and reputational damage to my business.

This is a critical functionality, and such issues are unacceptable from a platform that positions itself as a reliable multi-channel inventory solution. I request your immediate attention to this matter and expect a prompt resolution to ensure pricing updates are processed accurately and without delay. Please treat this as a matter of urgency. I look forward to your swift response with a clear resolution plan
