Very beautiful and extremely helpful in this particular era of Covid-19 when working is mostly taken place virtually. Diverse and beautiful slides help to make my presentations more attractive to my audience.

1). The slide theme so monoton.
2). It should based on business sector.
3). INSURANCE slide theme would be big benefit

The templates from Infograpia have changed my professional life! My academic presentations look polished, intentional, and coherent. They've allowed me to use visual aspects in addition to written words much more effectively. These guys are dishonest people. They do impulse sales and don't offer refunds. Everybody offers refunds. They are very heavy on marketing and very low on customer satisfaction. They have no interest in the customers at all.

For an alternative look at something like a slideshow. They offer returns! I was mistaken by the high rating of Trustpilot reviews. I am posting a photo of mine here just to show what kind of people they are.

I’m sure the product itself is decent but the customer service was so unfriendly that it is all I will remember.

Their website allows you to buy the same product twice which I did in error and without realising. I was already a paid up customer so I thought it would be ok to get a refund but they absolutely refuse to extend any goodwill, instead hiding behind their t&c and faq.

I tried to engage them in a reasonable conversation about a refund but they clearly value one incorrect payment over a lasting customer relationship.

Update: Wow really quick customer service response.. basically within a few hours to fix the account issue with an activation link! Updated to add a star for this.

Somewhat disappointing. After purchasing, not all the slides that are on their site are included in the download. I purchased for a specific template and it was not included. Now I'm sent on this impossible task of creating an account on their website to try and download the individual template.

Sign Up feature doesn't work, it just sends you on this endless loop of verifying the captcha images and tells you there's no account with your email even if it's the one used for the transaction. Contacted support to see if they can fix it. This is way too much work for something that is suppose to make your life easier... wish all the templates were included in the initial download, or at least be up front about which ones are not included.

Is a very good product to help you create exciting content for your presentations. Very professional, I recommend.

I have been using this over the last year and it is great! really has helped make my ordinary slides into eye catching collateral that execs actually want to engage with.
