Fysiotherapeut told me that I will receive a bill for 40 euro ( that costs one visit if I got basic insurance).
One month later I've received bill for 55 EUR. Not big difference. But it's bit high price for low quality...

Looking to charge extra

Letters often don't arrive or arrive late. When you call and offer to allow them automatic collection through your bank account they refuse. It seems like they deliberately want to increase the odds of you missing a payment term so they can charge administrative fees.

Horrible customer care

Worst customer care. Had to pay something from months ago without ever having received the bill in the first place. They couldn't send the original factuur and the person on the phone could not answer my questions, and then just put me back in the end of the phone waiting list. RIDICULOUS and unacceptable.
