Gentile Domenico, grazie della Sua recensione. Da una nostra verifica interna risulta che Lei abbia chiesto un'indagine su F****O E*********A in data 07/02/2022. L'indagine è stata evasa il giorno 16/02/2022, per cui prima del 8/10 gg. lavorativi che indichiamo come tempo di evasione massimo con urgenza. Non capiamo quindi come faccia a dire che siamo in ritardo. Sulla imprecisione altresì non comprendiamo: dal giorno 16 Febbraio ad oggi 12 Dicembre non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna contestazione in merito al report. Tutto ciò detto il nostro servizio clienti rimane a Sua disposizione per verificare l'accaduto e trovare una soluzione. A presto!
