Don't bother. They keep trying to charge me a "convenience fee" even though I spoke directly with them over the phone and received a confirmation code of my cancelation. If you don't monitor your bank account carefully they will charge you until the end of time. Waste of time and money.

The company does not provide more information than I already know. In fact, I have more information than they do. Also, the location they describe to you in order to cancel online doesn't exist. There is absolutely no way to cancel online. You must call or email them. I emailed to cancel my subscription, but they didn't cancel the à la carte (add-ons) items to my subscription; which one would think is a no brainer in the cancelation process...I guess not. So if you don't specifically outline to cancel your subscription, AND all of the additions in your subscription you want to cancel, you're going to continuously be charged for those add-ons.

Deceptive to the lay person. Site does not provide easy way to cancel service, which must be done by calling.Also, add on subscription fees for features you would assume that they came with their regular monthly fee. Personal opinion, site is a rip off and will gladly take your money.

Basically a bait and switch scam site. They claim they process various public data and produce reports, and then they make you wait, and tease you with juicy data they supposedly found. Then you wait some more, then finally you can see the report...if you subscribe. And if you subscribe, none of those details are in the report. I just wanted to look up my own old addresses, but you can't do that with this site. You can't do anything with this site. It's just a scam.

Signed up took my money didnt even do a search took money out my account twice for a trial but didnt deliver want i asked so dont use them they are a con

I sure wish there was a -10 and I also wished I’d found these reviews before I decided to look up one. It really doesn’t give you a lot of information on anyone information that you already know I’m sure and then they do charge the $29 instead of the dollar, whatever I didn’t get the information I wanted and like I said they charge $30 or $29 instead of $.99 it wasn’t hard to cancel it however they didn’t wanna hear anything I had to say about it so before you buy

I signed up and cancelled it the same day. My reports were very poor and disclosed almost no info other than address, phone number, and name. In addition, they charged me for the $29.99 subscription 6 days after I signed up (and they sent me my cancellation code). Email response for their mistake is VERY poor and still unresolved a week after the charge.

Pure poop! Offered .99 charge to recieve pdf report on search. Charged 6.99 and the .99. Oh... yes. Zero report available. So asked for refund. Will be dispute their charge. Don't use these fools. Try another site. Anyone but these guys.

These scammers offer FREE search service. Then they offer the search for a onetime $.99 fee for initial search. Then they charge your card $29.99 without authorization.

What a scam! Trying to find a lost relative, put all my information in, after hitting the subscribe (which was only supposed to be 99 cents) No information on the search was found. Then they charged me 1.00 instead of 99 cents, then when I called to cancel subscription I find out they charged another $29.99 and NO WHERE did it say I was going to be charged that! Watch out for this place!

They are hacker, scammer and liers. I have unsubscribed them 10 times or more, but they are still sending me emails and phishing links.

This webpage and company should be banned, and fined against harrassing the people and torturing them through their undue tactics and vicious tricks.

Don’t even waste your time. They draw you in thinking it will be 100% free then try to charge you for the report. From the other reviews I’m seeing they’re charging more than the amount people are agreeing to. Offering reports for .99 cents and then charging cards 6.00-30.00 instead. Very scammy and dishonest. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I signed up for a .99 cent five day subscription. I noticed that the information is not up-to-date. I looked at my account and found out that they not only charged me .99 but also 6.99 For some bundle I did not ask for. I called them to ask for my money back. They refused to give me my money back so I lost 7.99. Do not use this company. There a waste of money. Plus they scam you out of more.

Today I had to call customer service because I had an issue with my account. I was prepared to be irritated assuming I would get attitude. OMG! Absolutely the opposite. I spoke with Shyrell. I have to say if anyone had an attitude it was me. But I never got to that point because she was so amazing. She was cheerful, and professional and solved my issue immediately. I really can't say enough about what a great experience this was. I think it's important to acknowledge this level of customer service. I asked her if there was a survey I could take. She said they don't offer that feature. I asked to speak with her supervisor. Damien, her supervisor, then came on the line. I expressed my gratitude over how great Shyrell was in solving my issue. Damien was just as pleasant as Shyrell. I also have to give a shout out to the service Information.com provides. Thank you for everything. Just a suggestion to the powers that be...customer services reps deal with so much *%@#! They should be recognized and also given some sort of compensation...Just my thoughts based upon my experience. Thank you so much Sheryll and Damien!

scam site super outdated infor NO WAY to cancel Subscription glad i used paypal and turned off autopay to it be carefull

Would give them a zero if possible. I was charged $.99 and told I could cancel anytime, which I did immediately. The information they provided was bogus. I just saw they charged my account for $29.99. Went to the website and there is now way to cancel. Seriously???

They lied about the cost. I was told that it would be $1.00. I was quickly charged $30.00. I looked for a way to cancel but there is not one. This whole site is a scam. I want my money back.
