Letter before action
I order my ink cartridges from Infotone and did so upon them cold calling me; i asked to pay there and then and told I would be invoiced, but unlike a normal company they just email invoice, email chase up and then send LETTER BEFORE LEGAL ACTION !! Disgusting , upon receipt of Letter Before Legal I paid Immediately as I would have done if they had called to take payment. Not a nice way to deal with customers, it is quicker to pick up the phone and call someone than it is to send emails and letters. NOT RECOMMENDED

Very helpful team
I had a query on the print quality on my laser printer and they were very helpful in trying to diagnose what the issue was.
After purchasing a new drum roller and swapping out the toner cartridge for a new one (which they replaced free of charge),
the printer was back to normal. The original cartridge and drum were sent back (free postage) to check for faults and recycling.
Overall a good experience.
