i ordered some new business cards from easyprint.co.uk and used there online design tool to design them. The process of designing was easy as the website is clear and easy to use . after designing and placing order i had it delivered in a shorter time that expected and they turned out great very clearly printed and came in bubble envelope and in 2 seprate plastic boxes that protect the cards but also a good way to store the cards . I will definitely be ordering again and would recommend anyone to do the same if you want great printing and also at a great price . the company have a wide range of products that include business cards , flyers and poster but they can also do promo products for any business need .

I've had customer service in my time that really shocked me, but this is simply unbelievable. An order for 250 leaflets arrived, damp, damaged, strapped overtight so every leaflet was damaged and so crumpled I wouldn't put it in a parrot cage. Contacted their customer service who told me (after a long wait) they would only replace 25, despite my pictures showing complete damage to all. They don't listen, don't respond, and have no scruples, they absolutely wouldn't replace the batch (as in the law). Avoid like the plague, they are unscrupulous and callous

Recently ordered some business cards, excellent value for money, website quick and easy to use and delivery of the item was super efficient. Will be shopping with easyprint again soon.

So I ordered some flyers for over £20 only to find they did not arrive. I contacted the company and was sent a voucher code for the amount I paid. Reordered the flyers using the code only have to contact the company again as I STILL HAD NOT RECIEVED!!!' When I did receive the flyers there where "4 flyers" I was told when asked that this is what I had ordered.... For £20. When I argued that I had ordered 250 flyers I heard nothing back!

This company knows how to do this right, right in a big way, 2 day delivery from Germany as standard, high quality printed products as you ordered them and customer service ready to answer your call, email or online chat in seconds. Great prices making them affordable for all and with no minimum order too.
The website was easy to use even though payment was not so easy with the Bank transfer payment option.
The colours popped right off the page and the paper stock range meant I was able to get exactly the finish I wanted. The service was second to none as well. I managed to mess up my order, but the team fixed it at no extra cost to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.
Did not like that if you had to pay by debit/credit card or Paypal there was a £1.95 charge. (The banks only charge 25p max to use a debit card).

Excellent quality and speedy response, polite and helpful staff. Don't bother with VistaPrint: more expensive, not such good quality and the help team at VistaPrint don't appear to understand English! Don't go anywhere else for your print. Use Easy Print!

Ordered the free trial business cards from Easyprint and I was rather dubious as to whether they'd actually be free, and actually arrive, however they were, and they did!!

Their website was easy to use (Flash based) and I was able to make up a good design with minimal effort - there was no limit on the number of images (logos) that I was allowed to insert and no restrictions on the layout.
Delivery was, as promised, free, and the cards were delivered by courier in 5 days as promised. They were good quality.
The only thing that could be seen as a negative was that had an Easyprint logo on the back of them. This doesn't bother me at all (it's obviously how they can afford to give them away free) as it's a fundraising group that I was promoting on the cards, but it might not suit everybody.
I'd highly recommend them, particularly the free trial... it gives you the option to decide for yourself whether or not they're a company you want to spend money with. I'll definitely be using them.

I was struggling to work out my order and the live chat person helped me a lot. The delivery was within a 1 hour window rather than waiting all day and it came very quickly.

There's a saying that you can't have "speed" / "quality" and "price." Usually one has to be sacrificed.

I found, with easyprint, that all three were possible. The pricing on their flyers is industry beating. They were delivered faster than I expected (a matter of days, not weeks) and all for a very reasonable price.

For an inexperienced user, they've got DIY tools to design and build your own print materials but also allow you to upload your own design too as a PDF if you prefer.

Their communications are very good too. They sent dispatch confirmations, tracking details and delivery notifications.

I found them via a google search. Initially we did a print run of only 250 to test the print quality. Having received the flyers, we're now planning on doing a lot more with them. Next step will be to try their posters and more flyers.

I found Easy print through searing on google for print companies. It was one of the first companies I looked at. I compared the prices compared to another print company, and the prices were competitive. I ordered over 200 hundred postcards from Easy print website. The service was simple and easy to use. There was a interface, where you can design your promotional item. I chose to upload pictures I had already made previously. The postcards were delivered quickly, via courier. I was updated by email, as to when the order would be delivered. I was given a 1 hour time slot, which was good to know this before hand. I was happy with the quality of the postcards, such as they were a good thickness. Also the print finish was to a good quality.

A great usability experience, fast shipping and the product was exactly as displayed on my screen when ordering :)
That's the way to run a business like this!

I made a very simple mistake with an order (i wanted a3 but order a2 by mistake), contacted the company within 20 minutes of ordering. Despite their website advertsing 24/7 free call service there was no one there, and so I sent an email asking if i could change my order. I could not cancel as the website said I would have to pay £57 (more than what I paid for the printing) to cancel. By the time I managed to get in touch with someone at 6pm, as I had had no reply to my email, the order was supposedly being printed and could not (or would not) be changed. They declared that they had never received my email despite me having proof it was sent and there was nothing they could do except offer me £20 off my NEXT order, not even the order that was wrong. Suffice to say, I declined.
I'll never order from them again.

Easyprint came across as a company who would like to offer as much flexibility to their customers and from this, I decided to go ahead and use their systems in order to make some business cards. I was expecting it to be pretty difficult however I was incredibly impressed with the easy to use work space and good looking design software. I am very pleased to have used Easyprint as my source of cards, they came through within 10 days of ordering them, which was very time efficient for a business such as mine, where time is of the essence. The box the cards came packaged in, was admittedly a little damaged, however I believe this would've been from the posting. The cards themselves had a few scratches on them however it was of a limited few, I believe it was 2 or 3 out of 250 which was alright. Easyprint were also very good to react to my troubles, they rang me up after I requested a phone call, they rang me on the same day which was brilliant as it meant I could explain the problem and they fixed it straight away, which was very helpful. The representative was very kind and spoke to me so that I would understand, rather than speaking to me as if I knew what I was doing. I would indefinitely use Easyprint as my main source of business cards, and I look forward to making some more brilliant looking cards in the future. Thank you Easyprint!

I had business cards printed. They were ok but honestly i was disappointed with the quality - i've seen better work from them and the customer services resolved the issue so I will give them one more chance to prove themselves.

Some people told me about this site to create business cards at very low cost. At first I was quite skeptical, but they told me the truth! The program that the site provides for the creation of print layout is very easy and fun to use, also are available a wide variety of customizations for each type of product. It was really a great experience and the thing that I most preferred is that I paid 250 business cards counting postage and fees for paying by credit card only € 8, what about ... fabulous! Moreover, the product that was sent to me is of good quality, the print quality and the materials used are great!
I can feel fully satisfied by this online printing company that has nothing to envy to a physically one (indeed, perhaps even a few more quality)!

I had a problem with a postal fee because I wanted to send my two projects in one package. Easyprint sent every project seperatly and I had to pay postal fees twice. But after my complaint Easyprint sent to me a voucher to do next project cheaper.
