Came on time .it's fitted now . My bathroom is small so I hope I ordered the correct heater .but I was expecting a little more heat from it. My electrician fitted a pull cord to operate it

The goods arrived well packaged, delivery was prompt and the build quality was fine. Instructions didn’t indicate what the little metal lever was for on the top of the panel and couldn’t find anything on the website so documentation was lacking. (It appears to be a rudimentary switch?) However, overall I was pleased with both shopping experience and quality. I would buy again from this company.

Reasonable delivery time and it's a nice heater. As seems to be the way now the instructions to put it together are sketchy at best. Attaching brackets to the heater took a very large wood clamp to tighten the bracket enough to line up the holes. Given the main part heater is some form of glass this strikes me as unnecessary. Either the brackets need to be attached by the factory or the fixing points need a rethink.

Good stylish product, good advice, easy to fit and effective , so much so I’ve just bought another one.

Let's just say this is the 3rd infrared heater I've got for this house and if I was allowed to get rid of the old storage heater in the living room there would be 4, I love these, so easy to set up , the house is toasty, the 1:1 scale diagram for drilling/mounting holes sounds obvious but it's brilliant in making the installation much easier than just giving directions/measurements (which they also do) £220 delivered per heater is decent value and my first 2 I bought years ago are still going strong, I can't understand why folks would pay a fortune for heating oil every month when you can buy these, I love them 👍
My only recommendation would be buy the most powerful you can for the space you have, when it's REALLY freezing (below 0 outside ) they do struggle to stay up to temperature so I wouldn't want anything less than the most powerful

2nd heater I have bought really happy with the products and service

I bought the jasmine hybrid thermal wave panel heater
To leave permanently on in the colder spells of winter to supplement my central heating.
The heater is only 300watt but does get very hot.
And up to now I am very happy with its performance.
The quality of the finish wasn’t quite as good as I expected given the price of the unit, I noticed slight corrosion on the seams, and on the aluminium display panel. However performance and especially longevity are my main aims.
One last thing, the instruction manual was poorly translated into English

Company stopped responding to my email. Very frustrated when parcel with heater feet arrived via courier at a cost of £18 (for a £15 item). As per my ignored email this item could easily have been posted to Shetland for less than £5 and by post would have arrived within 4 days compared to the courier taking 9 days.

The price and delivery time was exactly as stated but be aware the stated 350W power consumption is actually approximately 430w plus at 240vac. Also the heat radiated is nothing amazing and definitely wouldn't warm a room.

Prompt delivery, but the manner of the delivery man needs improving.
4 stars to product. Takes longer to heat up, but the warmth is different level! Amazing.
No handle though, impossible to move around when its hot. The extra foot stand costs £28 for what they are(with no wheels) is a real sting!! Otherwise would have deserved a 4 stars rating.
