Well i have to say I am so glad we stumbled upon this company.Our contact was Cameron who phoned came the following day demonstrated a panel had a chat advised us on what we would need for effective heating of our property and then left ,no hard sell and no pressure atall. I had contacted another electric heating company and they never even botherd turning up then proceeded to bombard me with texts and emails . The prices vary so much with electric heating most being far more than Cameron quoted us so we decided to proceed with the quote and I am so glad we did . Ive only had the heaters a few days so cant compare running costs but i can tell you that installation of our 4 panels was great .Two young lads came to fit them they were great from start to finish polite totally professional and extremly tidy .They set the app up on my husbands phone and expained everything we needed to know about the thermostats. All I can say is if you have electric heating or old storage heaters as we did you must talk to this company I am so pleased with the service we received and the end result is fabulos I have high hopes for a reduced electric bill

Very good to deal with: prompt response to enquiry, came out to demonstrate panels and undertake survey very soon, sent quotation quickly with excellent follow up. As others have said, there is no hard sell, just courteous service and provision of information. Would recommend.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Four infrared heating panels fitted at our Airbnb and the results have been brilliant. Highly recommend.

Having an old Victorian house with very old inefficient radiators we decided to take the plunge and look forward with Infrared Heating. Nathan came round and talked us through how it works, including a demonstration of a panel, then we went round the house measuring rooms and working out the power of the panels for each room. Nathan then took us through the options available.

Once the Quote was received from the Infrared Group there was no pressure with frequent phone calls, just the occassionally communication to see where we were with the decision. Once we decided to go forward it was all booked in quite quickly and the Fitters who came out were pleasant and considerate in their work and ensure the panels and bars were put where we preferred them to go with as little mess and upheaval as possible.

Once the system was installed it has been easy to use, and great at getting the house warmer than it was before, and Nathan has continued to assist with advice as we change from the old heating system to the way the new one works. Good to see a companies help does not stop once the install had been completed.

I would thoroughly recommend the Infrared Group for anyone who is thinking of changing their Heating System to Infrared.

From start to end, my experience with Infrared Group was great. Michael came for an assessment very quickly after our first contact, and the next day I was having my new heaters being installed. The installers were also great (Jack and Joe, if I'm not getting their names wrong), they were quick and respectful of me and my house. The heaters are incredibly effective, even though they are a bit bigger than the conventional ones. I'm very happy overall.

I changed to Infrared in the hope it would be an improvement on the company I had been using . I am delighted to say Infrared were good from the start and the heating works so well via a reliable thermostat. If there is a problem it is righted straightaway

I can honestly say that this is the first time that an introduction to a new product, the purchase of it, the delivery of it, & the fitting of it has ever gone so smoothly. I would confidently recommend this company to anyone I meet.

I didnt know what to expect when Keiran came to expain about infrared heating.He was most informative,having a very good knowledge of the product.
At no time did I feel under pressure to purchase .
I waited a week for fitting ,this was completed by Joe who was also informative and able to answer my Questions.
Both gentleman were extremly pleasant.
I have used the after service for a small query which was quickly solved.
I am happy thank you all at infrared.

Dan and Jack were great from start to finish. Arrived exactly on time, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves and hauled my old storage heaters outside and into their van (not easy). The heaters are a vast improvement on what we had before. I’m thrilled- thank you

Even though we have awful clunky old fashioned storage heaters in the house we have recently bought, I was still on the fence about replacing them with something more modern and efficient as it seemed like a lot of hassle. Aaron explained the whole process and was really knowledgeable about the product, and answered my questions (although I didn't have many as he explained it all so thoroughly). It's a no brainer really and I'm really pleased that I came across this company.

Both Arron and Jack the fitters were great. They cracked in with the job no messing and left it all tidy.. They did struggle with the storage heaters as they were very heavy but shifted them without complaint.. Well almost no complaints n a few choice words😂Thank you.. Would definitely recommend this company

Can't recommend this company enough great service any questions are asked straight away and the heaters are great very very pleased with mine and the printing of pictures on heaters is fantastic

Absolutely delighted with my new panel heating system from the Infrared Group.
Dan was great and ensured the initial consultation and installation went as smooth as possible. Dan worked hard to sort out some issues I had with my logo image and took the time to recreate my brand logo to be printed on one of the panels. at the fitters Jack & Sam were also great, tidy and efficient.
The heaters themselves have made such a difference to what is an old and very cold property.

After much searching for a replacement heating system for our 40 year old electric storage heaters we came across the Infrared Group and their amazing panel heaters. Living in a property with no gas supply we explored the options of heat pump installation, oil central heating, electric radiators and new storage heaters, but all systems were too costly. I contacted Infrared Group having seen their advertising on Facebook and initially spoke with Arron, who explained about their heating system. I was impressed and arranged for them to visit us. Daniel, another member of their team arrived and provided us with a full explanation and demonstration of how it could be the solution to solving our heating issues. Daniel was amazing, knowledgeable, informative and proud of the system he was showing us. The cost was significantly less than than other forms of heating and backed with a 10 year warranty and 7 day per week support. We are excited to have the system installed within the next couple of weeks

They looked after me very well.
