Excellent customer Service

Positive and fast result.

With my responsive evidence as required of my incident, Ingeni have been very fast in their reply and positive action. Reported on the 23rd, I filed forms on the 25th, and claim accepted on the 26th. Although I have to admit at this early stage, payment has not yet been received, and is scheduled within 30 days. I'm happy with the outcome.
Ingeni have been very easy to deal with.

Brilliant Service and Great Communication

Had a fantastic experience with Ingeni. Ashlea helped me with multiple claims and was incredibly patient while I was abroad for several months. She handled everything professionally and waited for me to get back to finalize the paperwork. A huge thank you to Ashlea for making the process so easy and stress-free.

Excellent Service.

Excellent Service.

The company representative was extremely patient and polite, listened carefully and was easily able to explain when I became confused over what was being covered.
1. This person showed great patience whilst I was waiting to pick up my new care due to a technical hitch which occurred through poor communication between the Garage Salesperson and myself.
2. He listened, (almost unheard of these days), and was keen to help where he could.
3. Gave clear information and repeated certain aspects of the conversation to clarify that he had taken down the correct details.
Unfortunately I couldn't give a five star rating though as I hadn't been asked about how I wished to be addressed so the documentation now reads Mrs rather than Reverend or Miss, either of which would have been preferable.

An excellent and efficient company

Very impressed with Ingeni. I hit a pothole and ruined a tyre on my EV3. Within three days of putting in a claim I had a positive response. I would certainly recommend them to others. A fast and efficient service.

The Ingeni Team are always incredibly Professional - attentive to every question and extremely helpful. When I first looked at the claim form it was a little daunting but one phone call to the Ingeni Claims Team very quickly dispelled my concerns.
