Ash was great. He talked me through the product and informed me about the advantages of gap insurance, which I've never had before. He was well informed and knew his subject well. He was friendly and empathetic. A great experience, thanks Ash.

The agreement was clearly explained and the options available to me. The financial options suited me and I’m clear what the insurance offers and provides peace of mind.
